• Visa, MasterCard, JCB or Discover cards (funds available within 2 business days of approval)

To load money onto a Prepaid MasterCard®, please use the following steps:

1. Go to "Load Money to Card"

2. Enter the e-mail address or card number of the Payoneer cardholder you wish to send funds to

3. Select your preferred payment method

الرسالة توضح ماهية حسابك في البيونير و انك تستطيع استقبال الاموال من المرافقين لبيونير
لكن اين المشكل الاساسي اخي ؟؟
ماهو المال الذي لم تستطع استقباله ؟؟ هل هو من شخص ؟؟ هل ارسل لك عبر بيونير ؟؟ ام عبر باي بال ؟؟
كم هو المبلغ ؟؟ هل هو اول مبلغ تستقبله على بيونير و يتم رفضه ؟؟

مرحبا اخي هذا رد الي لم يصلك رد الدعم الفني حسب ما فهمت وهو من مفروض ياتي مباشرة بعد كتابتك لرسالة
نصحتي ان تتكلم مع الدعم الفني مباشرة في الشات الخاص بهم لسرعة التفاعل و تفهم وتفهمهم مشكلك بكل تفاصيل هذا ما افعله عادتا
