بعد قفل حسابين لي على بنك البايزا أحد مفعل و الثاني غير مفعل
المفعل لم يظهر سبب القفل بعد (في إنتظار رد الدعم)
الحساب الثاني الغير مفعل (تم إستلام الرد)

Members are not permitted to join under a pseudonym or to provide inaccurate profile information. You may encounter similar practices when opening an account with other types of financial businesses. It is crucial to our network that members identify themselves accurately. Doing so protects all of our members against fraud.
In keeping with our security policy, you must complete an additional account verification procedure before you can have full access to your Payza account. We will require you to submit the following documents:
• A proof of address statement, such as a bank statement, credit card statement, phone bill or utility bill. Please ensure that the statement date is visible and that it is dated within the last 6 months.
• A photo identification document, such as a passport, driver’s license, country/state ID or medical ID. This identification must be valid and cannot be expired. Please ensure that your date of birth is visible and that it is scanned in color at a high resolution.
You may attach the requested documents to your email. Please ensure they are clearly visible in .jpeg, .jpg or .pdf format and between 300 KB and 2 MB in size.
