وصلتني هذه الرسالة من بايونير لكن البطاقة لم تصلني
فكيف ابلغهم بعدم تسلمي للبطاقة
ممكن رسشالة بالفرنسية او الانجليزية
وكيف ارسلها هل على الايميل ام عبر الرابط المدرج في الرسالة
