they always order them to take their hand off and to shut the door behind them and to stand up straight and to say thank you , don't interrupt people and stop kidding and to take their elbows off the table and to not drag their feet

Bashir : what did the psychologist tell you ??
Meriem : she told me to not to worry and it's quite natural to feel nervous while having any test and i'm not the only one who's having this problem but panic is realy a big problem , and it can be the reason of the failur of many pupils . And the reasons of this panic are : taking the exam just for the score and secondly they're not positive , you should remind your self that you can do it !and finnaly they usualy adopt the wrong approach and she advised me to start thinking positivly and not consider my self as a looser beacause of previllous exams failling and i should see the axams as an opportunity to show my self that i realy can do it and in the end i shouldn't start answering the exams questiong right away when the teacher gives me the questiong ,and i should read the question very carefully

on january 20, i wrote a letter to a newspaper to expose my problem. I asjed the psychologist to help me and that's what
she did she gave me many golden advices and she asked me not to worry and this is normal and every pupil feels the same about exams and make the nervous and panic to a positive feeling and to be exited about exams and see them as an opportunity to proove my self that i can do it and she told me also to not adopt the wrong approach and she advised me to think positivly about exams and forget my previllous faillur and not to take exams only to get a score bbut as an oppurtunity to learn new things and test my skills and i must not start answering questions right away and i should give my self sometime to read and understand questions very well i would like to thank her because she made me feel more confident about my self and now i know i can do anything without the fear of faillur
