We have reviewed your document submission, and we have not been able to accept all of your documents, as detailed below :
Identity Verification Document
We cannot accept your identity document because of the following: Not a valid ID issued by a government; or Unable to verify this type of ID document. Please send us a scanned photo identification document issued by the government in the country you are currently residing. This may include a Resident Visa or Visa Permit. Please note that we cannot accept military identification cards, because of the difficulty of verifying their authenticity.
As a reminder, here are our standard requirements for ID documents:
o Your identity document must be valid (it must not have expired).
o The copy must be clearly legible and shall include the four corners and all four edges of the page.
o The copy must be sent as attachments (and should not be cited in the text of your email), in a GIF or JPEG file
o You must send your email from the email address registered to your NETELLER account
o We must be able to see your photo, your full name, birth date, your signature and the document number.
o Passports must be open to the page on which your photo and passport number are available. Send a second copy of the page on which your signature, if it is on another page on your passport.
o When sending an ID card or driver's license, be sure to include a separate copy of the front and back of the document. Make sure we can clearly see the number of your ID card or driver's license.
