Log in to your Payza account.
Click on the banner displayed at the top of your logged in page.
Follow the simple steps to order your AlertPay Prepaid Card.
Please note: Please have a copy of a valid photo ID and a proof of address available when purchasing your new card. Valid photo ID includes any government issued ID, such as a Driver’s License, Passport or National ID. A valid proof of address must be dated within the last three months and must be a regularly mailed bill or statement, where the name and address match the information specified in your order (Examples: a bank statement, a utility bill).
