حذاري تفعيل باي بال الجزائري بكرت فيزا جيف بسببها خسرت 400 دولار

السلام عليكم

قمت بشراء كرت فيزا جيفت 142 وفعلت اليباي بال عادي لكن عندما سحب حوالي 380 دولار اليها حتي اقدر استعمل الاموال
قام بتجميد حسابي وبعدها قالو لي هده الكرت لا تنفع في السحب
