from my own experience The best way to learn English is by joining regular classes in which you work on the four skill

speaking writing listening and reading

....make the following things your daily habits

try to listen to recordings without the image
try to guess what the recording is talking about
try to say what you have understood about the recording
try to write what you understood

i guess by far the best way is to put yourself in the native speakers' environment or else watch them closely on youtube ..the most important thing is DO NOT FOCUS ON GRAMMAR cause it is only 10 percent of the Lang.uage
