hello, i didn't read all what you wrote,but i guess that your topic talk about the problem of when you want to forget something or stop thinking about it, whan we say i musn't think about this thing again you faind your self automaticly thinking about it, it's like you say in your mind i don't want to think about sigarete,but the first thing that appear in your mind is a sigarete .and here, i think that the best way to deal with this problem is that to think realy about the thing and change your way of thinking about it ,
