this is one of the most seriouse games I ve never ever known
it allows us to read in our deep inner clearly and understand ourselves and our freaky behaviours
all what you need is a paper
put numbers from 1 to 16
and tell yourself that you are going in a trip
so you have to put 16 items that you will need for that trip
the rule of the game is that you have to let the words come by theirself don't try to be logic but just wtite all what come to your mind
when you finish the 16 words
you have to link every couple words together
then start again and just write what come to your mind when you read those couple words
do the same thing until you get only one word
that word is the most important thing you are focuzing on for the moment

here an example to have an idea about how does it work
by the way you haven't to write just a single word but an idea that can be a phrase
at least use the ******** that you are most fluent in to be sure that the flood of hiden thoughts is working well
