When the deceased leaves a consanguine grandfather and a full brother
‏إِذَا تَحَقَّقَت حَيَاةُ المَولُودِ‏
‏إِذَا ثَبَتَت حَيَاتُهُ‏
When the newborn baby is verified to be alive
‏إِذَا حُكِمَ بِمَوتِ المَفقُودِ‏
When the lost person is judged to be dead
