ROLE

•

Operates the warehouse and the spares , consumable and materials distribution systems.

JOB DESCRIPTION & task

•

Storekeeper position is responsible of quantity and quality material receipt and material dispatch to other sites (TEG, REG, and KBA).

•

Offloading the packages, operating forklift and manual handling when required and insure no damage to material.

•

Open up wooden box and remove all nails and transfer to CWAA.

•

Receiving material and physically check each single part including spares, chemicals, and lubricants, then sign receiving report to complete the receipt (GRN)

•

Report any non-conformance shortfall to the warehouse supervisor, to complete an OSD (Overage shortage & damage report)

•

Proper storage of each piece of item with a Maximo ID, for an easy retrieval on the system with correct ********.

•

Preparations of miscellaneous material for inter sites transfer, to replenish stock on the warehouses.

•

Dispatching material received from port/airport to the warehouses

•

Perpetual inventory and stock checks..

•

Cleaning and housekeeping of warehouses and yards.

•

Use Maximo system to search and print out GRN (Goods receiving report)

•

Issuing material for customers and night shift in case of emergency

•

Take part in HSE weekly meeting presentation, to avoid accident or incident and keep the team aware about all kinds of risks.

KEY SKILLS

•

Good HSE awareness,

•

Experience in logistics or materials management roles,

•

Knowledge of stock and materials management principles,

•

Open-minded and good team-player.

•

Vocational qualification.

•

Valid driver license
