لقد طلبت سحب من شركة Onbux و لم يتم السحب لل الأسباب التالية :
» This User has opened new ticket/forum post on this subject. This is an unnecessary action, resulting in the system automatically putting the user at the end of the queue, as mentioned above. (The user must wait for the deadline again.)
» The user is on the blacklist for having violated any of the items of our Terms of Service in the past. This account was not suspended because the infraction was considered light and there is the possibility of a continued relationship. (
The user will be invited to provide clarification of actions, through to the support ticket system.)
هل أقوم بفتح Ticket أبرر فيها ما حصل من أخطاء؟
