أنا استخلصت من دليل الاستاذ ولكن بطريقة أخرى تفضل الاخ: بعد ماتكتب المقدمة الي كاينة في الكتاب زيد عليها هذه:
there are three major sources of chemical contamination of food products. as well as the use of preservatives and color in many food products and high consumption of ready-made food
first. there is situation of anxiety and tension about the security and safety of food because of the status of heavy farming and agro-industries as it is observed now in the industrailized conturies. this has led major companies to use chemical pesticides and fertilizes. each of fruits and vegetabeles it produces contaminated with chemicals and this is the biggest harm to our health
second. and continuse to this concern as a result of mass production and the need to keep the products fresh. all this led to the introduction of crafts. coloring and preservatives in order to attract the consumer .this material serious . as scientists have confirmed that the dyes and sugar can cause cancer and other disordes
finally. the younger generation are more vulnerable to consumption of fast foods and ready-nibbling habits and continued at work or at home or after frequent snacks especially in front of a computer. television and eating habits that cause weight gain or obesity at the most population
in conclusion. with the cooperation with companies producing work on trying to get rid of all eating habits and try to get rid of human concern.the food safety meas urses must be taken to change the health and improve our positions to addres food
