UPDATE: This issue was related to the hosting provider, and is now resolved. We are keeping a close eye on the situation. During the outage we did consecutive reboots which caused the API to lag, which may have caused some people to not get their claims in certain circumstances. Due to the nature of the issue, we are not responsible for any loses during this period. Apologies for any troubles caused.
