Algerian dish /or how to make a dish
One of the most popular dish in Algeria is " Trida".
This dish is made of small .squares of pasta and special soup. First ,these small squares of pasta must be c,o,o,k,e,d on steam twice . the soup is prepared with meat ( lamb) ,salt, pepper, onion, oil and some check peas . it take about 2 hours to c,o,o,k . it is generally served in : Aid El - Adha, and El Mouloud Ennabawi....
