well,as far as I know
yeah when we speak formally, we should respect G R
and when we tend to write academically we have to respect Grammar as well
however
when we speak informally that's to say peers'conversation,daily conversation,and so on Grammar Rs are less respected^^l

This is right,but you did not answer my question yet, is the informal speak
? has rules or not
