è “Saturni dies”è (Saturn’s day)
Originally translated from the Latin “day of Saturn”

Sunday……... from old translation of Latin è “Solis dies” è (Sun’s day)
Monday…….. from old translation of Latin
è “Lunae dies” è (Moon’s day)
Tuesday…….. from old translation of Latin
è “Tiwesdaeg” è (Tyr’s day)

“Dies Marti” and named after the Germanic god Tiw.
