for the question, i totaly agree
leaders should be so outgoing inorder to be called great
just like the sister said; they are the ones giving orders and taking the great dicisions
so having a strong personality and especially attitude to show power and strength.
and when it comes to self_confidence it's a must because each leader _ in whatever domain _ is obliged to give speeches in front of a large audiance. so, if the audionce feels that he is nervous or feeling insecure they won't even take time to think about what he is saying.
so this is a fondamental pnt
being socioble, in the other hand requires " the presence " when his personality should stands out of the other personnalities.
