passive voice
form: verb to be (conjugated according to the tense in which the original verb is conjugated) + the past participle of the verb

active voice: subject + verb + obeject
passive voice: object + verb (to be + past participle of the verb)+ (by)+the subject.. the past participle of the verb for the regular verbs is the same the simple past (ex: add >>> >>> added >>> added) , but the past participle of the irruglar verbs should be memorised (ex: make >>> made) usually we use prepositions like "by" to show who's the subject or the doer

i wrote the lesson >>>>active
the lesson was written by me >>> passive
...
i prepared a delecious dish >>> a delicious dish was prepared (by me)
...
she has brought a chair >>> active
a chair has been brought (by her) >>> passive
..
he is drinking water >>> active
water is being drunk (by him) >>> passive
...
they will build a big house >>> active
a big house will be built by them
...
i can run the comuter easily >>> active
the computer can be run easily (by me) >>> passive
........................
by" is between brackets to know that it's not so important in the form
you can notice that the verb to be in the passive voice is always conjugated in the same tense as the verb in the active voice
