today

the dealing of my mother is dry & tough
Although I didn't argue with her and doesn't speak with her but they treated me roughly and harshly.

i'm nervous
although she knows this very well

however she calls me on the most trivial acts with my brothers & with them sometimes

i'm tired & lost

i have the same prob
i always get angry and mad
u just have to be in some place where u feel okay
then close your eyes and take a deep breathe after and say im okay i can do it anything positif
after u calm down go and talk to ur mom
try to have a normal conversation with her if she wont understand try to bring someone else
but u have to stay calm
and change yourhabits with her she will notice the diffrence and will open up
