A man came to Allaah's Apostle (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) and said, "O Allaah's Apostle! Who is more entitled to be treated with the best companionship by me?" The Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) said, "Your mother." The man said. "Who is next?" The Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) said, "Your mother." The man further said, "Who is next?" The Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) said, "Your mother." The man asked for the fourth time, "Who is next?" The Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) said, "Your father."

The secret of her importance lies in the tremendous burden and responsibility
that is placed on her, and the difficulties that she has to shoulder - responsibilities
and difficulties some, which not even a man bears. This is why from the most
important obligation upon a person is to show gratitude to the mother, and
kindness and good companionship with her. And in this matter, she is to be given
precedence over and above the father.

Allah - the most High - says:

"And We have enjoined upon man to be dutiful and good to his parents. His
mother bore him in weakness upon weakness and hardship upon hardship,
and his weaning is in two years. Show gratitude and thanks to Me and to your
parents. Unto Me is the final destination."
[Soorah Luqmaan 31:14]

And whatever it may come, stay constantly firm and thoughtful

What can bind us together is the spirit of hope

Let's help, support and cope

If we only apply this concept, we shall see

Prophet Mohamed peace be upon him advised us 1400 years ago to start our sleeping mode on the right side, why?.....…

Scientists say that sleeping on the left side is not favored, as the heart would be under the pressure of the right lung, the biggest of the two lungs, and this would affect its contraction especially if the person is old. Also they assure that the full stomach which itself is under the pressure of the heaviest organ in the digestive tract, the liver, which delays its emptying, would also impose a pressure on the heart.Hence they advise people to sleep on the right side especially for patients with any heart disease.
