The hidden part of you

this is one of the most seriouse games I ve never ever known
it allows us to read in our deep inner clearly and understand ourselves and our freaky behaviours

all what you need is a paper

put numbers from 1 to 16

and tell yourself that you are going in a trip
so you have to put 16 items that you will need for that trip

the rule of the game is that you have to let the words come by theirself don't try to be logic but just wtite all what come to your mind

when you finish the 16 words
you have to link every couple words together

then start again and just write what come to your mind when you read those couple words

do the same thing until you get only one word

that word is the most important thing you are focuzing on for the moment

let me know how did you find that game and what 's the word you've got at the end

by the way you haven't to write just a single word but an idea that can be a phrase

at least use the ******** that you are most fluent in to be sure that the flood of hiden thoughts is working well

maybe I wasn't clear enough my english is so weack so I ll try do it in arabic

شوفي تاخدي ورقة بيضا بالعرض او تكتبي فيها الأرقام من واحد الستاش ومبعد تقولي راني رايحة في رحلة لازم ندي معايا 16 حاجا لا خاطر رايخة تكوني بعيدة على الدار
ابداي اكتبي اي حاجة اجي في بالك حتى لوكان تبان تافهة او كملي 16 شيء
ومبعد حطي كل شيئين مع بعض او قولي وشنو هي العلاقة بين هدين الشيئين وللحاجة اللولة الي اجي في بالك اكتبيها او ما تحاوليش تكوني منطقية لا خاطر ما تقدري تفهمي حتى تكملي كلش

كي تكملي 8 أزواج من الكلمات زيدي 4 أزواج كلمات ثم 2 حتى تكملي بكلمة واحدة

هاد اللعبة تكشف عن اللاوعي معناها الحاجات الي تخلينا نديرو حاجات بصاح بل ما نحسو

لعبة شابة بزاف حاوليها و اشوفي
انا سعيدة الي راكي رايحة تحاولي تلعبيها

if I wll go for a trip and bring with me sexteen items I would take wethout reflection this : soap/shampoo/bag/scarf/food/mirror/sugar/kleenex/ medecine /cisors/internet/teethbtush/coran/blanket/phon/games

now I have to give a meaning to every couple of item I guess
soap and shampoo mean clean
bag and scarf mean girly
food and mirror nothing or maybe I will become fat
sugar and Kleenex ..sugar is toxic in my opinion
medecin and cisors I don't want to be sick
internet and teethbrush hhh I have to watch what I am saying
coran blanket protection for sure
phon and games meeeeans it is hard to see somthing through but let say friends

why you have stopped at this level you have to finish connecting words untill you get only one word, as you can see at the beginning you started with materials subjects and then you noticed that you are in abstract ideas at least you will finish with the essence of all your thought so go ahead

no regret and I am vulnerable = accept to be just a woman

so the last word canim is the hesitation I am facing due to the contradictions in my attitudes
