جرعة في الصباح تحد من المساحة المتوفرة في المعدة.مما يضطرك عمليا لأكل نصف ما كنت تأكل من قبل. هذا سلاح ناجح ضد السمنة. نظام ناجح سينتج عنه أصغر حجم للمعدة ( من 3-6أشهر).وتحسين العادات الغذائية والتغلب على الشهوة
