طالبت حركة الإصلاح الوطني وزير التربية الوطنية، أبو بكر بن بوزيد، بالرحيل عن قطاعه بسب ما تعتبره فشلا شهده التعليم في عهده، وقالت في بيان أصدرته أمس بمناسبة الإضراب المفتوح الذي يشنه أساتذة التعليم الأساسي بكامل أطواره، إنه “بعد كل هذه السنوات على رأس القطاع دون تحقيق إنجازات”، يجب على الوزير أن يتخلى عن منصبه، وحملت الحركة كل المسؤولية للحكومة في الانسداد الواقع بين الوزارة ونقابات التربية. وعبر الأمين العام لحركة الإصلاح الوطني، عكوشي حملاي، في ذات البيان الذي تسلمت “الفجر” نسخة منه، أن دخول النقابات في هذه الإضراب كان منتظرا، بـ”سبب عدم وضوح الحكومة معها، وتبنيها سياسة التهميش والمناورات”، مضيفا أن “تلاعبات الوزير ومن ورائه حكومته تضيع على أبنائنا فرصة الاستقرار الدراسي”.
ودعت الحركة الوزير بن بوزيد إلى التنحي من منصبه، لتجاوز المشاكل المستفحلة مع نقابات القطاع، خاصة وأنه لم يقدم كثيرا للقطاع على مدار السنوات الطويلة، كما جاء في نص البيان الذي عبرت فيه عن قلقها البالغ من عودة الإضرابات إلى قطاع التربية، ما يرهن - حسبها - مستقبل التلاميذ ونجاح الموسم الدراسي.

Une cinquantaine d’enseignants contractuels exclus de l’enseignement après des années de services ont entamé, dimanche 09 octobre, une grève de la faim devant le siège de l’annexe du ministère de l’Education nationale sis à Ruisseau à Alger. Ces enseignants venus des différentes wilayas du pays et dont le nombre risque fortement d’augmenter ne comptent pas baisser les bras avant qu’une décision favorable à leur intégration ne soit prise. Le Premier ministre, qui devra trancher sur le sort de ces enseignants, avait fixé au 15 octobre comme seconde date butoir pour rendre sa réponse. Dans une déclaration à El Watan.com, Me Kabeche Mohamed, porte parole du Conseil national des enseignants contractuels (Cnec) affilié au Snapap a fait savoir que «le cabinet du ministre nous a informé mercredi 5 octobre en fin de journée que nous devons patienter jusqu’au 15 octobre à cause des grèves prévues dans le secteur de l’éducation à compter du lundi 10 octobre». ہ l’origine, Ahmed Ouyahia devait faire part de sa décision avant la fin de la semaine écoulée. Désormais, ces enseignants contractuels qui se retrouvent sans emploi mais aussi interdits de se présenter aux concours de recrutement dans le secteur de l’Education nationale semblent déterminer à arracher leur unique revendication, en l’occurrence l’intégration. «Le ministre a dit qu’il n’y a pas de poste budgétaires et donc on ne peut nous intégrer, pourtant nous avons appris la tenue d’un concours de recrutement le 15 octobre. L’excuse n’est donc pas valable », avait précisé la même source. La Fonction publique a réduit la liste des diplômes admis pour le concours de recrutementet c’est pourquoi, ces enseignants dont des ingénieurs se retrouvent exclus en dépit des années accumulées dans l’enseignement. Selon les syndicalistes le nombre de ces enseignants contractuels, qui n'ont pas été, encore régularisés, est supérieur à 7000. Pour la tutelle cette catégorie ne compte que 2806 enseignants. En mars dernier, 27441 enseignants contractuels dont les diplômes étaient conformes aux nouvelles exigences de la Fonction publique ont été régularisés suite à la décision d’intégration prise le 28 mars passé.
