[B]Peace be upon you, sister Malika. You said that unlike at home, your son faces problems doing his exercises at school. I guess this is due to one of the following :
1- You are used to blaming your son whenever he does badly in his exams or you always ask him how he did at school as soon as he arrives back home which makes him all the time afraid of you and that will surely lead him to doubt in his capacities and lose self confidence.
2-Your son is in 1AM which means a new environment ( many teachers, many subjects, new friends, new time table...etc), so maybe he needs more time to get accustomed.

So you needn't to make him under control all the time, let him play , let him revise alone and contact his friends.....
I wish you find it interesting
Bye [/B

God bless you ,i laughed too much 'cause you got the point as if you are present with us
but the problem is the same even before; he has free time to play and enjoys well his time but the problem is the same

Let his brothers or sisters help him revising his lessons. If he's your oldest son, then, let one of his friends whom you know well come at home so that they can revise together

My greetings
