Résumé :
L’insertion professionnelle des jeunes, rencontre un écho profond dans la population, dans la mesure où elle se trouve au premier chef concernée par les conditions d’entrée dans la vie active des nouvelles générations. Le traitement de cette question donne lieu à la définition et à l’actualisation de politiques publiques, dans des domaines aussi divers que ceux de l’enseignement et de marché du travail.
L’étude de l’insertion professionnelle suppose d’analyser l’interaction entre deux champs : le système éducatif et le marché du travail.
La restructuration de l’emploi en Algérie s’accompagne d’un renforcement de dispositifs dont certain touchent les jeunes issus de l’enseignement supérieur.
Dans ce cadre, notre travail vise d’une part à mieux connaitre la situation de ces derniers sur le marché du travail et les problèmes rencontrés, et d’autre part évaluer le dispositif mis en œuvre par l’Etat algérienne (DAIP) pour aider les jeunes à s’insérer dans le monde de travail.

The integration of young people, meeting a deep echo in the population, since it is primarily concerned with the conditions of entry into working life of future generations. The treatment of this question gives rise to the definition and updating of public policy in areas as diverse as education and labor market.
The study of occupational integration entails analyzing the interaction between two fields: the education system and the labor market.
The restructuring of employment in Algeria is accompanied by a strengthening of some devices which affect young people from higher education.
In this context, our work is firstly to know better the situation of these on the labor market and problems, and also evaluate the system implemented by the Algerian State (DAIP) to assist young people entering the world of work.
