السلام عليكم
انا كنت قد طلبت من موقع filesin تحويل المبلغ المعلق على اليرت باي وتحويله الى موني بوكيرز
وجاني الرد بعد اسبوع من الانتظار والحمد لله لكن الرد اعتقد انه فيه مشكلة ممكن تفهموني اياه كويس

Hello FilesIn.com Members,
Moneybookers added a new mandatory field called "Recipient's name" as an additional data to verify your account and this field mainly refers to the first name of the account owner in Moneybookers. So please update your FilesIn profile with the same name of the Moneybookers account owner name to put the data correctly and to be able to send you your profits.
We are sorry about this but these are Moneybookers rules.
NOTE:
WE WILL CHECK THE ACCOUNTS AGAIN AFTER 24 HOURS TO BE SURE ALL OF OUR MEMBERS UPDATED THEIR PROFILE CORRECTLY.
