كشفت مصادر رفيعة لـ"الشروق" أن وزارة الدفاع الوطني، حددت النصف الثاني من شهر أوت كتاريخ لإجراء مسابقة الالتحاق بالمدرسة الوطنية التحضيرية لدراسات مهندس بالرويبة، حيث يتم إستدعاء المترشحين المقبولين عن طريق البريد لإخضاعهم إلى الفحص الطبي، وإختبار القدرات والإمكانية المادية إلى جانب إجراء إختبارات البسيكوتقنية.

فيما سيستفيد الناجح من منحة دراسية شهرية معتبرة وحماية اجتماعية كاملة، اضافة الى شهادة جامعية للطور العلمي الأول تمنح له في آخر التكوين الذي يدوم 3 سنوات بالالتحاق بالطور العلمي الثاني في المدارس العسكرية الكبرى، فيما حدد آخر أجل لإيداع ملف التسجيلات تاريخ 10 أوت المقبل.

أما فيما يتعلق بشروط الالتحاق بالمدارس، يضيف ذات المصدر أنه سيتم عن طريق مسابقة مفتوحة لجميع الطلبة المتحصلين على شهادة البكالوريا شعبة "علمي" شريطة أن يكون تقديره قريبا من الجيد على الأقل، وأن يقل سنه عن 20 سنة قبل تاريخ 31 ديسمبر من السنة التي تجرى فيها المسابقة، كما يجب أن يكون المترشح ذا جنسية جزائرية ويتمتع بكامل الحقوق والواجبات المدنية وتتوفر فيه الشروط الصحية اللازمة.

وأضافت المصادر ذاتها، أن 90 بالمائة من الطلبة المتخرجين من المدرسة الوطنية التحضيرية لدراسات مهندس بالروبية المعروفين بـ"نخبة المستقبل" يتوجهون نحو المدرسة العسكرية المتعددة التقنيات التي تستوعب مختلف التخصصات، كالإلكترونيك، الميكانيك، الكيمياء وغيرها، فيما يتوجه، عدد قليل من الطلبة للحياة المدنية.

وفي هذا السياق، أشرف عبد المالك ڤنايزية الوزير المنتدب لدى وزير الدفاع الوطني ليلة أول أمس، بالمدرسة الوطنية التحضيرية لدراسات مهندس بالرويبة على حفل التخرج الخاص بالدفعة العاشرة التي تضم 247 طالب، بعد مشوار دراسي دام ثلاث سنوات، تلقت خلالها نخبة المستقبل، برنامجا بيداغوجيا مكثفا، وتكوينا عسكريا صارما، مكنهم من الحصول على شهادة الطور الجامعي الأول، وشهادة التعليم العسكري، مما يمنحهم الاختيار في الالتحاق بالمدرسة العسكرية المتعددة القتنيات ببرج البحري، أو مواصلة الدراسة بالجامعات.

وجرى حفل تخرج دفعة هذه السنة التي أطلق عليها اسم الشهيد بلحرش بشير حضور عدد من الضباط السامين بالجيش الوطني الشعبي وعائلة الشهيد. وبعد أن قام الوزير بتفتيش الطلبة وتأدية القسم من طرف الدفعة المتخرجة، تم تقليد الرتب وتسليم الشهادات للطلبة المتفوقين قبل أن تسلم الدفعة المتخرجة راية المدرسة للدفعة المقبلة.

واعترف المدير العام للمدرسة التحضيرية لدراسات مهندس في كلمته أن المدرسة أصبحت من النماذج الناجحة في حقل التعليم في الجزائر، موضحا، أن المدرسة تطمح إلى إحداث نقلات نوعية في المناهج والتسيير تماشيا مع روح الاحترافية المنتهجة من طرف الجيش الوطني الشعبي.
