This Eight International Conference on Progress in Theoretical Physics is pursuing the tradition of the previous ones as being a meeting ground for exchange and for keeping updated on the latest advances in theoretical physics. It also aims at strengthening the national theoretical physics community.
It is open to scientists from all countries. The Workshop will be conducted in English, but exceptionally if English is a paramount obstacle for some participants, they may present their communications in French if their slides are in English. All the posters should be written in English.

Le 1er Congrès Internationale de Physique Numérique (CIPN1) se tiendra à Oran le 13, 14 et 15 Octobre 2012. Il est organisé par le Département de Physique. Le Congrès vise à réunir des chercheurs et des scientifiques du monde entier. Il permet d'échanger et de stimuler les idées de différentes disciplines de la physique, afin de discuter des défis d'ordre pratique rencontrés et les solutions adoptées, et de se renseigner sur les développements récents dans les frontières de la théorie et des méthodes numériques appliquées en physique.
Le programme technique du CIPN1 comprendra des sessions plénières, des présentations orales et des posters sur des sujets couvrant un large éventail d'intérêts actuels dans le domaine de physique numérique

Boumerdes 4 - 6 september 2012
The first international workshop on Magnetism and Magnetic Nanomaterials, MMN’2012, will be held from 04 to 06 September 2012 at M’hamed Bouguerra University of Boumerdes (UMBB). The opening ceremony is scheduled for Monday 3 September afternoon. It will be an interdisciplinary forum for exchange of knowledge on the latest experimental results and theoretical advances in the fields of magnetism and magnetic nanomaterials. The main objective of the workshop is to bring together world recognized experts whose diverse expertise should stimulate discussions and push cutting edge research and collaborations in the field of magnetism in Algeria.

Objectifs
La Technologie des Couches Minces et les Nanomatériaux
ont connu un développement accéléré ces dernières
années notamment en microélectronique, protection
contre la corrosion, outils de coupe, cellules solaires,
isolation thermique, capteurs de gaz ou tout simplement
pour des besoins de décoratifs. Les couches minces
thermoélectroniques sont utilisées dans plusieurs
nouvelles technologies : microcapteurs, capteurs de flux de
chaleur, capteurs de radiation, capteurs de pression,
capteurs de puissance électriques, thermocouples…
Le COMINAM qui se tiendra à Ouargla a pour objectifs de
faire le point sur l’évolution de la Technologie des Couches
Minces et les Nanomatériaux ; il présentera les nouveaux
résultats des chercheurs Algériens et Internationaux pour
tisser des liens de coopérations.
La création d’un lien solide entre l’Université et la vie

Préambule



Au cours de cette dernière décennie, la chimie théorique dans son rôle de prédiction, d’explication, de rationalisation et de modélisation de la chimie est devenue un domaine très attractif. En effet, les techniques de modélisation (DFT, post-HF, QM/MM...) le développement des méthodes de chimie quantique et de dynamique moléculaire, couplés aux calculs mathématiques et au progrès de l’informatique, ont propulsé la chimie théorique et computationnelle au rang de partenaire incontournable et véritable de l'expérimentation. L’interface de plus en plus étroite, entre la chimie théorique et les expérimentateurs (industriels), demandeurs de solutions précises, a ouvert ces dernières années, des perspectives très prometteuses pour développer davantage de nouveaux axes de recherche à toutes les échelles de la matière, microscopique, nanométrique et macroscopique.

Les nombreuses applications dans le domaine de l’électronique moléculaire, de l’interface avec la chimie du vivant et de la catalyse hétérogène et des interactions molécules organiques-matériaux, sont au nombre des perspectives qu’offrira cette symbiose affichée entre les chimistes théoriciens et expérimentateurs.

Théorie de la fonctionnelle de la densité (DFT), calculs post-HF (CASSCF, CCSCF, CASPTn,...) et simulation de Monté Carlo sont sans cesse revisitées pour améliorer le pouvoir prédictif de la chimie théorique et avancer ainsi dans la compréhension de la complexité des propriétés chimiques.

Objectifs






Traditionnellement, cette manifestation a pour vocation de dresser l’état de l’art sur la recherche dans le domaine de la Chimie Théorique et les dernières avancées en matière de méthodes et techniques de calcul. Elle œuvre aussi à permettre aux jeunes chercheurs d'interagir avec les spécialistes de la Chimie Théorique, de promouvoir l'avancement et la diffusion des connaissances et accentuer la collaboration nationale et internationale au sein du Réseau des Chimistes Théoriciens Algériens.

National de la Physique et de ses Applications
(CNPA’2012).
Le but de ces journées est d’offrir aux physiciens
algériens un espace de rencontres pour présenter leurs
travaux, favoriser les échanges et renforcer la
collaboration scientifique entre les chercheurs. Elles
permettront aussi aux entreprises d’exposer leurs
problèmes et de concrétiser des contrats de recherche

la wilaya est dotée d’un littoral de 124 Km, ses plages
sont parmi les plus belles d’Algérie offrant un contraste
rarement trouvé dans une même région : rocheuses,
sablonneuses et forestières.
La ville de Mostaganem est composée d’une ville neuve,
et d’une ville ancienne reliée entre elles par l’oued Ain
Safra dont l’eau fut dans les années soixante dix peuplée
de petits poissons.
L’économie de la Wilaya est basée sur la pêche,
l’agriculture, le tourisme et une industrie installée
essentiellement sur le littoral (usine de pâte à papier,
sucrerie, ...)
Plusieurs autres points d’attraction font de la Wilaya une
des régions les plus touristiques du pays: des musées, de
vieilles mosquées, des quartiers antiques, des grottes, des
terrains de fouilles archéologiques et des forêts.
Quant à l'activité culturelle, elle se caractérise par
l'organisation annuelle de trois festivals nationaux
importants qui sont : le festival du théâtre amateur
(Mostaganem) et celui de la chanson bédouine et la
commémoration de Sidi Lakhdar Benkhlouf à 50 km à
l'ouest du chef lieu de la wilaya.

ISTC 2012 is an international meeting focussing on various areas of theoretical chemistry and devoted to highlight recent research on evolutionary concepts that field.

October 14-17, 2012 USTHB, Algiers, Algeria

ISTC 2012 is being held at the University of Science and Technology Houari Boumediene USTHB. Our intention is that ISTC 2012 will bring in new collaborations and help reinforce mutually beneficial scientific relationships. ISTC 2012 will focus on verious areas of theoretical and computational chemistry and in this context Internationally-known lecturers will be invited to participate and intervene.

Abstracts

The following requirements apply to the abstract format :
1.The working ******** of the symposium is English.

2.The font of the abstract should be Times New Roman.

3.The title should be 14 pts bold. Authors should be 12 pts bold. Affiliation and text 12 pts. Do NOT USE ALL CAPITALS in the title or anywhere else in the abstract!

4.There should be one empty line between title and authors, and between authors and affiliation.

5.There must be at least one empty line between affiliation and text of the abstract.

6.All page margins should be 2.5 cm (1.05").

7.The abstract must not exceed 4 pages.

8.All figures in the abstract should be in line with text (not floating) AND inserted as one single figure (not combined of several pieces).

9.DO NOT add text boxes or any drawings in Word over or next to the pictures. All text should be included in the inserted picture by the graphics program used to create the figure.

Abstracts must be e-mailed as an attachment to contact @ istc-usthb.dz

Microsoft Word format version 2003 or later for Windows ONLY is accepted. After receiving your abstract we will send you a receipt confirmation, otherwise we did not receive your abstract.

Absolutely no abstract will be accepted in other than electronic form. Incorrectly formatted abstracts will be rejected and no abstracts will be accepted after the abstract submission deadline : 30 July 2012.

The 4 International Renewable Energy Congress Congress

December 20 - 22, 2012, Sousse - Tunisia

CALL FOR PAPERS
The International Renewable Energy Congress (IREC) provides a forum for researchers and practitioners
around the world on recent developments in the elds of renewable energy. The congress consists of plenary
sessions, oral sessions and poster presentations. Considered as a catalyst for research works, IREC led in its
third edition (IREC’2011) to the publication of 30% among presented papers in two partner journals, namely
EC&M and IJRET. The fourth edition of IREC (IREC’2012) has obtained the trust of six partner journals and two
publishers which will upgrade the congress services to publish more than 60% of the presented papers.
Authors from academia as well as industry working within the scope of the congress subjects are invited to
submit their papers. Submissions will be peer reviewed by our International Program Committee on the basis
of full manuscripts. Acceptance will be based on quality, originality and relevance. Papers should be
formatted according to the congress template and uploaded through the congress Website. They should be
written in English and limited to six pages. Contributions should be original and not published elsewhere or
submitted for publication during the review period.

Objectifs du séminaire
Les sciences et les technologies du séchage couvrent une plage particulièrement large, à savoir, produits agro-alimentaires, produits pharmaceutiques, produits chimiques, papiers, bois, etc.. La grande variété des produits à sécher et leurs propriétés spécifiques rendent délicat le choix judicieux et la conduite des appareils qui nécessitent une riche expérience. Vue la réussite marquée des versions précédentes du SMSTS, le cinquième Séminaire Maghrébin sur les Sciences et les Technologies de Séchage présente une nouvelle occasion pour échanger et discuter les résultats de recherche et de développement dans ce domaine. Le SMSTS’2015 contribue à exploiter ces résultats dans le domaine de la maîtrise de l’énergie en vue d’un développement économique durable. Il permet aussi de renforcer, soutenir et regrouper des équipes maghrébines à intérêts communs dans le domaine de séchage ainsi que la mise à niveau des travaux de recherche et le renforcement de coopération notamment entre les équipes de recherche maghrébines.

تجليات القراءة الصوفية

يحتل باب الممارسة العرفانية في الثقافة الانسانية عموما والثقافة العربية والاسلامية على وجه الخصوص ميدانا واسعا يتسع بحجم المنجزات المقدمة في الموضوع، والتي تحتل حيزا لا بأس به في المكتبتين العربية والعالمية على وجه الخصوص .

ولعل الكشف عن الممارسة العرفانية، وتسليط الضوء على محوريتها في مدونة التأليف الانساني، يشكل الحاجة الأكثر إلحاحا والاشد اهتماما بين الباحثين في الوقت الحالي، بعدما انتهت التيارات العلمية التي كانت إلى وقت قريب تشكل خيارا مقدسا لدى أغلب الاوساط المعرفية إلى نتائج مخيبة للآمال ، بعد الضريبة الباهظة التي قدرت بدماء الملايين من الشعوب التي انتهت إلى نقطة اللا مرور إلا عبر بوابة الدم، ولعل آخر فصول الانغلاق ما عرفه العالم في وقت قريب تحت ما يسمى بالحربين العالميتين الاولى والثانية، إضافة إلى الحروب التي تبعتها ولا تزال متواصلة لحد الان في أوربا الشرقية والشام والعراق وفلسطين والقرن الافريقي وكثير من نقاط الصدام في القارة السمراء...

لقد انكشف هذ الوضع، وهذه النتائج المأساوية عن ظهور أصوات تتعالي يوما بعد يوم، وتشدد بصورة تزداد انشارا بشكل تصاعدي مثير على ضرورة إعادة صياغة قناعات الإنسان الفكرية بالعمل على صياغة الخطاب التربوي والتوجيهي في التعليم وفي المساجد وفي مختلف القطاعات، إضافة إلى القطاع الرسمي، بالشكل الذي يكون أكثر وظيفية، وأكثر فاعلية في صياغة وصناعة مشاريع المحبة والسلام ، وإثر ذلك كان الحديث عن التصوف والممارسة الصوفية أحد أوليات هذه الأصوات، إذا لم يكن كل الأولية ...

والذي شجع على ذلك هو تحول النخب العربية، والنخب في العالم إلى تبني هذا الخيار والدفاع عنه، بل الأبلغ من ذلك ان تحول إلى مشروع نخبوي كل واحد ينهل منه بطريقة ما ... ففي السياق العربي انكشف هذا التحول على مشهد اكثر إثارة، خصوصا بعد أن وضع أدونيس عنوان "المواقف" لدورية تعنى بالإبداع، تيمنا بكتاب المواقف والمخاطبات للنفري الذي قدمه أدونيس على أنه مثال قديم على تجربة جديدة، يمكن أن تفيد العناية بها إعطاء هاجس الحداثة دفعا قويا يخلصها من التيه الذي أحدثه فيها الاحتكاك العربي المبدع بالزخم الثقافي في المجتمع الأوروبي... وقبله بعقود كانت أفضال الامير عبد القادر الجزائري تصنع الحدث وتؤكد سلامة الخيار وقداسته، بعدما شاع وذاع صيته في الآفاق إثر إنقاذ آلاف المسيحيين من مذبحة وشيكة في الشام، هذا فضلا على إسلام نابليون بونابرت على يديه، وعلى ضفاف الأناضول كان بديع الزمان النورسي يؤكد على نورانية الخيار في كليات النور التي ظلت ولا تزال تنير الفكر الانساني في تركيا والنقاط القريبة منها

غير أن المتابع العربي الذي وجد نفسه أمام ثروة إبداعية عربية سبقت مثيلاتها في الغرب بقرون، أضحى مرهقا أمام أمور لم تخطر على باله، بسبب طبيعة التنميط النصي لدى المتصوفة ... فالممارسة النصية الصوفية هي ممارسة لها منطقها الخاص، وهذا المنطق شكل في بنيته العامة محاولة معرفة خاصة تشكل قراءتها عملا يكاد يكون صعبا، بسبب العجز الصريح للغة في الكشف عن الدلالات، مما يحيل أي عملية تحليلية ما ـ لأي ممارسة نصية صوفية دائما على زوايا للمقاربة تسعى إلى الاقتراب من الحقيقة دون الامساك بجوهرها.

وقد ارتبطت صعوبة العملية التحليلية للممارسة النصية الصوفية وعجز المتابع لها بتبريراتها في فكر الكثير من الدارسين، ففي هذا السياق يشير العلامة عبد الرحمن بن خلدون من أن (العبارة عن المواجد صعبة لفقدان الوضع لها)، مما يعني ان اللغة الصوفية بوجه عام هي لغة اصطلاح، لا لغة تعارف وتفاعل وتواصل بين الناس، ويعكس مضمونها تجربة لا يحياها إلا الخاصة، وخاصة الخاصة... فاللغة لغتان، لغة تعبير عن غير المواجد وتلك لغة يمكن أن يفهمها الجميع بدون استثناء، ولغة تعبير عن المواجد، والمواجد أذواق روحية كشفية ذوقية لا يعرفها إلا من ذاقها، وينطبق هذا على الصوفية، وإزاء ذلك وجد المتابع الشغوف نفسه في حيرة من سؤال حول جدية النص اللغوي في الإبانة عن الرؤية الصوفية ؟ خصوصا، أمام صعوبة ضبطها بأي عامل عقلي لغوي.

والذي زاد من تعقيدات القراءة هو تساؤل آخر انبثق عن التساؤل الأول المتعلق بجدية النص اللغوي في الإبانة عن الرؤية الصوفية، وهو ما مشروعية الكتابة عند الصوفية؟ خصوصا إذا ما أخذنا بعين الاعتبار أن الكتابة في حد ذاتها يمكن أن تكون خيانة للتجربة الصوفية التي ستظل في سياقها أكبر بكثير من أن تحصر في نطاق نظرية عقلية، أو في سياقات تعبيرية مختلفة، كما أنها غير قابلة أيضا لأن تنضبط في حدود فلسفية أو نظرية، مما يقود إلى القول بمحدودية كل جهد عقلي يروم السير في اتجاه الإحاطة بهذه التجربة على اعتبار أن الرؤية العقلية في نهاية الأمر لا تشكل إلا نقطة من عدد غير منته من النقاط التي تسعى التجربة الصوفية إلى الإحاطة بها، والتي لا تدرك الرؤية العقلية إلا وجها واحدا من وجوهها.

لقد قاد البحث في جدية النص الصوفي في الابانة عن الرؤية الصوفية، ومشروعية الكتابة عند المتصوفة إلى الوقوف على محدودية القراءة والإحاطة بالتجربة الصوفية، مما أفرز سياقا معرفيا كبيرا برز إلى مسرح الممارسة العلمية ينطلق من اعتقاد مفاده أن ظاهرة التصوف في المجتمع الإسلامي، والمجتمع الانساني لم تنتج لتأويل النص الديني فقط، بل هي طريقة بشرية لمعرفة بعض الأشياء الخفية، أو للإجابة عن حيرة كانت تساور البشرية وتتعلق بوجودنا ووجود العالم، ومفهوم الله، وهل نحن موجودون بأنفسنا، أم موجودون بالله، أم نحن ــــ كما يذهب الصوفية ــــ موجودون بالله معدومون بأنفسنا، فالعالم ليس هو الله، بل هو تجل من تجلياته، وذلك بخلاف وحدة الوجود في الفكر الفلسفي والديني القديم، التي انتهت تداعياتها مع الفيلسوف سبينوزا في عبارته أن الله هو العالم والعالم هو الله والطبيعة المطبوعة هي تجسيد لله....

وفي ضوء ما سبق يمكن ان نخلص إلى صياغة عدد من التساؤلات التي تشكل الاجابة عنها محاور للملتقى؟

هل طبيعة الخطاب الصوفي هي التي تستقطب القراءة الصوفية، أم أن النزعة الفلسفية اللاهوتية هي التي تحرك مضمار القراءة؟

وإذا كان الخطاب الصوفي هو الذي يستقطب القراءة الصوفية، فما الذي يجعل هذه القراءة متميزة عن أي قراءة أخرى، ثم ما الأسئلة التي تطرحها القراءة الصوفية للخطاب الصوفي؟

من جهة أخرى، إذا كانت النزعة الفلسفية هي التي تحرك مضمار القراءة الصوفية، فما الأسس اللغوية والعقلية التي تنبني عليها هذه النزعة؟، كيف يمكن تقديم الفضاء الذي يشتغل فيه المؤول؟

After the full success of the First and Second Euro-Mediterranean Meetings on Functionalized Materials (EMM-FM/2011 held September 2011 in Sousse-Tunisia and EMM-FM/2013 held in March 2013 in Hammamet-Tunisia) and after discussion with several potential invited speakers and participants, we have the great pleasure to announce the:
Third Euro-Mediterranean Meeting on Functionalized Materials
“EMM-FM/2015”
to be held in the famous seaside resort of Hammamet (Tunisia) on September 09-13, 2015.
The previous highly successful EMM-FM conferences have attracted many participants from several countries over the world.

L’objectif du séminaire national sur les systèmes énergétiques
hybrides qui va se dérouler à l’université de Ghardaïa est de
mettre le point sur l’état d’avancement des travaux de recherches
dans le domaine des systèmes énergétiques en général et les
systèmes hybrides en particulier. L’importance sera accordée
aux applications de ces systèmes dans le domaine de la
production d’énergies classique et renouvelables.
Cette rencontre scientifique de haut niveau permettra d’ouvrir de
nouvelles perspectives de recherches dans le domaine des
applications énergétiques et de favoriser les relations entre
chercheurs des différents laboratoires d’une part, et les
industriels œuvrant dans ce domaine d’autre part.
