How to make people happy!

People need us for sure, it is obvious that everyone in this world is trying to find someone else to save them or just be there for them. In order to help others become happy we ourself must be happy because a person without energy can not give power.

Therefore, we should start with ourselves. We must try to make ourselves happy and strengthen those boosts. And we are able to do that by getting something we have always wished to do done successfully.

Maybe one of the things that make us happy is making others happy, if that is the case then you might start with people around us because these are the ones we see everyday and we love the most even if we don't feel it.

But for sure we must be happy in order to make people happy.
Try it, it is wonderful!

That is my thought too. Sometimes, you attain happiness by letting people have it, it is a wonderful feeling. But, I emphasise the word “balance”, I know you are bored of me saying this always :). Herein, I mean by “balance” that we should expect the other party to have the same thought otherwise sometimes other people turn out to be taking advantage of such thoughtful guys/girls. I will try to make him/her sad in a hope he/she will have the reverse effect ;) just kidding. To be honest with you, I would revise my attitudes, way of talking and possibly sincerity. Imagine, some1 wants to give you a bunch of beautiful flowers as a gift but instead he/she threw it on a table and says "that is for you". Some people have the tendency to hurt while in their minds think otherwise, and that is due to lack of experience probably.

The first thing i do is apologizing ;if he /she gets the point i will be happy if not the only thing i do is to be happy because i know my intention which was making him/her happy..these things happen frequently

That was a nice addition sister. I agree with you to some extent. It is worth noting, however, that in some cases “others” are not to be blamed. It is always easy to point the condemning finger to others and we find it quite hard to search in ourselves whether our approach to handle things is correct.

Reading Quran ;praying.helping a poor family ;making our children happy, visiting a friend may make you too happy but it is not necessary that what makes you happy can make an other one happy too...It depends on the person himself/herself
A bar of chocolate, a long soak in the bath, a snooze in the middle of the afternoon, a leisurely stroll in the park. These are the things that can make us the most happy

Referring to your response sister, I would ask: is there a threshold whereby you can identify yourself have reached the sought level of happiness?
When I said that we wouldn’t lose hope till we find it, I pictured the happiness as a feeling that lies within ourselves and thus is always possible to achieve it despite the environment you live in.

Remember, the word “IMPOSSIBLE” says I AM POSSIBLE.

Another good question to ask is "Why do we lose our happiness?" What makes us take the wrong path and lose our inner state of buoyancy? When we pursue limited, superficial or false goals, it is very easy to lose happiness. Firstly, because we are not being true to the self, and secondly, because we may build up false expectations that are not met through our goals and activities. Similarly, we expect happiness to come from the outside, from relationships, from food, from possessions, from travel. Yes, these are forms of happiness, however limited, yet they are only temporary.

The soul is innately happy and in its most powerful state has a good stock of happiness-We spend the power of happiness in much the same way that we spend other things, whether it be time, energy or money. We lose happiness when we contravene the spiritual and natural laws.

The repercussions of anger, attachment, greed, ego and desire are that we lose our peace and happiness. The more that we are driven by these forces, then the more we will spend the stock of happiness.

Hapiness is inside each one ... to get it always i prove to make others feeling happy and I begin to see them ... how much is good ... then to kill noise when is present, I prove to think that is temporary and quickly i'm happy .. it is my Idea .. I share it with my Djelfa forum's friends.
