من يتحمل مصاريف النقل والمبيت، هل المعني ام الجامعة ؟
هل هناك امكانية نشر المقال في مجلة علمية محكمة بعد قبوله في المداخلة ؟
هل يقبل المقال المنشور في مجلة محكمة عبر مؤتمر لمناقشة رسالة الدوكتورا ؟

بالنسبة لمصاريف النقل و المبيت، الأصل أن الجامعة هي التي تتحملها، و لكن نجد في بعض الجامعات غير ذلك، حيث تتحمل الجامعة النقل مثلا و التكاليف الأخرى على الباحث، في حين نجد أن جامعات أخرى تخير الأستاذ بين تحمل تكاليف تربص قصير المدى و بين تكاليف المشاركة في ملتقى دولي (يعني في السنة الواحدة له الإختيار بين الأمرين)، و في جامعات يوجد شرط الـ 3 سنوات ليتمكن الأستاذ من المشاركة في هكذا ملتقيات...

بالنسبة لنشر المقال فكل ملتقى و خصوصياته ، منهم من ينشر أحسن المداخلات في مجلات محكمة و منهم غير ذلك، يمكن الرجوع لموقع كل ملتقى لمزيد من التفاصيل...

أما رسالة الدكتوراه فشرط النشر في مجلة دولية موجود، و فيه ما يسمى معامل التأثير Impact factor لكل مجلة، و للأسف معضم الجامعات الجزائرية تغرد خارج السرب، و لا توجد قائمة موحدة للمجلات المعتمدة للنشر... فمنها من تقبل أي مجلة و لو جزائرية (مجلة دولية تصدر بالجزائر) و منهم من يفرض "معامل التأثير " للمجلة حتى يتمكن الباحث من تقديم أطروحة الدكتوراه

أخي لقد سبق لي و أن استفدت من تكاليف المشاركة في ملتقى دولي و لست بعد أستاذة طبعا و قد كان ذلك قبل أن أناقش الماجستير.....أظن ما عليك إلا تقديم طلبك اللهم إلا إذا تغيرت القوانين فذاك أمر آخر...

"2ème Conférence Nationale sur les Systèmes d’ordre Fractionnaire et leurs Applications"

le 24 - 26 Octobre 2011

Présentation et Objectifs
Longtemps considéré comme une curiosité mathématique, le calcul fractionnaire joue actuellement un rôle important dans divers domaines des sciences et de la technologie. Il trouve une application intensive pour la modélisation des phénomènes physiques ainsi que pour la commande des systèmes, le traitement du signal et le traitement d’image.
Après le succès de la première édition de SOFA 2010 qui a eu lieu à l’université de Skikda en mai 2010, la 2ème conférence SOFA constitue un forum de discussion et d’échange pour la communauté nationale de chercheurs universitaires, activant sur les systèmes d’ordre fractionnaire et leurs applications. Elle a pour objectif de créer une synergie entre les différentes équipes de recherche et vise à rassembler les compétences nationales ainsi que les industriels désireux d’élargir leurs connaissances autour de cette thématique. Par ailleurs, des sessions spéciales abordant des thèmes d’actualité seront présentées par des chercheurs de renom.

Théorie et calcul fractionnaire, Equations différentielles fractionnaires, Méthodes numériques et
approximations, Théorie des systèmes d’ordre non entier, Systèmes de commande et contrôleurs d’ordre
fractionnaire, Systèmes chaotiques fractionnaires, Modélisation et Identification des systèmes d’ordre
fractionnaire, Application des systèmes d’ordre fractionnaire au Traitement du Signal, Application des
systèmes d’ordre fractionnaire au Traitement d’Images, Autres domaines d’applications.

Sessions spéciales
1. Systèmes à événements discrets (Modélisation, Analyse et Commande).
2. Techniques avancées pour l'amélioration de la qualité de l'énergie (Filtrage actif parallèle
des harmoniques, protection, réseaux électriques intelligents, réseaux de neurones artificiels,
logique floue, techniques adaptatives).
