Dear Sir or Madam
- Iam writing to complain about your so called ideal holidays.
My holiday with your company did not correspond to what the advertisement claims.
Firstly the advert states that everyboday will be able to choose from a wide range of activities but in fact there were only two activities offered. Secondly the advert promises one three-day camping expedition unfortunately we couldn't even pitch our tents. Thirdly it says that we enjoy a relaxing game at some of the remarkable facilities at the resident centre but they put us in youth hostel complitly isolated with only a pack of cards. You stated that the accomodation consists of confortable double rooms but in reality we slept in dormitories with dirty bed clothes.
Our holiday was more a nightmare than a dream. As a result of all these non-kept promises Ifeel sad and disoppointed.Therefore I regret to travel with your agency. It's true that it is an experience that I'll never forget.
