معروف عن الشعب الياباني أنه منظم بشكل جيد وكل شي عندهم محسوب بالثانية. لكنهم في الواقع ليسوا منظمين في العمل والوقت فقط ، بل حتى في أكلهم. تهتم المطاعم اليابانية بتنسيق الطعام في الأطباق بشكل جميل ، ليس فقط للطلبات المحلية داخل المطعم ولكن حتى لطلبات التوصيل للمنازل ، حيث يهتم بها وتقدم مثل الأطباق داخل المطعم.
