Corruption is a dangerous social phenomenon which can undermine the development and well being of a country this is why we must combat it with our might( power ).what would i do if were elected a president ؟

If i were elected a president of this country , i would pass severe laws to punish corrupt people in onder to protect honest citizens from their wrong doings.

More over ,tax evasion should be punished severely as it constitutes a serious threat to the existence of the nation is projects since most of them are dependent on the collection of taxes.

Then , I think that work , being the most valuable richness of the country ,should be rehabilated .If i were elected president .I would do my best to reconcile our countrymen with work .

Last but not least ,I would appoint honest , hard working ,and sincer civil servants who are ready to sacrifice themselves for the welfare of their people.

To conclude,to combat corruption effectively, I would use all powers.All means,all people of different parties as soon as possible before it is too late and the sooner ,the better !

[Corruption is a very dangerous phenomenon to society which must be removed immediatly before it worsens more.Fraud exists in all the domains and in all the countries around the world. And we know that if we want to live in peace we must crush the traffic from the surface of the earth.

If i were elected Head of State, I would do my best in order to make the laws more severen serious and hard. For exemple, one who made fraud risk prison for quill over than 10 years and he will pay an almond.
Morover, I would make an anti-corruption programm in which i would appoint honest civil servants because our civil servants are still waiting for an opportunity so as to divert money.
Next,I would try to solve a big problem which is tax evasion.We should know that paying taxes is an obligation, they must do it, if not, these people will have the obligation to close their shops for over than three mounths.And if they make retardation, they will pay a penality for delay.
Finally, To have the esire to work and be happy to do it, we must raise wages, because we know that what pushing people to steal is first because they are poor and are not satisfied their needs, for exemple some officers may not earn enough money to feed their families and therefor must yield to corruption to meet their needs.Besides, a worker should work in good conditions and it's my objectif to assure this.

To conclude, I think that it is high time we eradicated corruption, fraud and mainly bribery in our society becuse live in transparancy is the key of peace and happyness.

Next, I would introduce anti-corruption programs into our shools in order to teach our children the moral values... and encourage our Citizens to militate in anti-Corruption associations.
Dear citizens, If you elect me president, I would do all my best to stop fraud and corruption but my success in this mission depends en you help and voice.

مقالة جدلية : اللغة والفكر
المقدمة: تكوين اول جماعة انسانية احتاج الى التوصل فيما بينهم و نقل حاجياتهم التي بدأت بيولوجية و بمانها لا تملك اداة تواصل استعارتها من الطبيعة ومن الحيوان بإنتقال الفرد الى مرحلة حيوان مفكر ظهرت اللفة فإعتقد ان هناك ترابط بين اللغة و الفكرة .إلاّ ان الفكر يعرف بأنه قدرات ابداعية عقلية في حلركة ديناميكية مستمرت الانتاج على خلاف اللغة هي مجموعة رموز و اشارات و اصوات وضعة بهدف اللتواصل الاّ ان لالاند اضاف لها قدرة العقل على انشائها فإرتبط بالعقل .هذا الارتباط جعل مدارس الفلسفية تتناقض في طرحها وفي تفسيرها لطبعة العلاقة بين الفكر و اللغة ترى المدرسة العقلية الاتجاه الثنائية ان العلاقة بين الفكر واللغة تتجاوز اللغو فالفكر أوسع منها بينما ترى الاتجاه الاحادية أنهما يتطابقن واللغة تحتوي الفكر.فهل فعلا حقيقة الالفاظ قبور المعاني ركما تعتقد المدرسة العقلية وانه لا يوجد توحد بنهما ؟ ام ان اللفاظ حصون المعني كما يعتقد الاتجاه الاحادي ؟ هل علاقة الدال بالمدلول ذاتية ضرورية أم اعتباطية تحكمية ؟
العرض أ/الأطروحة
يرى اميل بنفنيست عالم لسانيات فرنسي في كتابه ( مشاكل اللسانيات العامة)ان علاقة الدال بالمدلول ضروريـــــــة و ذاتيـــــــــــة الى درجة انه يستحيل الفصل بينهما يقول ( الدال و المدلول ، الصورة الصوتية و التمثل الذهني هما في الواقع وجهان لأمر واحد و يتشكلان معا كالمحتوي و المحتوى ( ان العلامة اللسانية بنية موحدة يتحد فيها الدال بالمدلول ، بدون هذا الاتحاد تفقد العلامة اللسانية هذه الخاصية ، كل كلمة تدل على معنى ، وتستحضر صورتها في الذهن ، و كلما كررنا نفس الكلمة ظهرت نفس الصورة مثل لفظ ( ثور) الذي يستحضر في الذهن صورة هذا الحيوان العشبي ،و لا يستحضر صورة حيوان آخر، إذ أصبح اللفظ يطابق ذات الشيئ في العالم الخارجي
عندما نقول مسطرة فلأنها تسطر ، و محفظة أنها تحفظ الأدوات ، سيالة لانها تترك سائلا ، و كذلك بالنسبة للفظ مثلث فلأنه يتكون من ثلاثة أضلاع ، و مربع لأنه يتكون من أربعة أضلاع و دائرة لأنها دائرية ، فكل لفظ يعكس طبيعة الشيئ و يعبر عن هويته و لم يوضع بطريقة عشوائية عندما يستقبل الذهن كلمة مجهولة يرفضها باعتبارها غريبة لا تحدث أي تصور و لا توحي باي معنى يقول ( ان الذهن لا يحتوي على أشكال خاوية ( و لو كانت العلاقة بينهما اعتباطية لاستحدث كل فرد لغة خاصة يتحدث بها لكن الأمر لا يجري على هذا النحو ، الكل يضطر الى التحدث بلغة القوم ، و استعمال نفس الإشارات الصوتية حتى يتم التواصل بينهم ،
نقد و مناقشــــــة / لو كانت علاقة الدال بالمدلول ضرورية و ذاتية لما استطاع الإنسان أن يغير تسمية الأشياء عند الحاجة . و كيف نفسر تعدد المعاني لنفس اللفظ مثل لفظ مغرب ، فقد يعني وقت الصلاة من جهة ، و بلد عربي من جهة ثانية ، لفظ عادل فهو صفة الإنصاف من جهة و اسم علم من جهة ثانية ...
ب/الأطروحة
يرى فردنان دوسوسير)عالم لسانيات سويسري) ان علاقة الدال بالمدلول اعتباطيــــــــة و تحكميـــــــــــة ، بمعنى ان الإنسان هو الذي يسمي الأشياء كما يشاء دون أن تكون لهذه الأسماء علاقة ضرورية و ذاتية بتلك الاشياء ، فما سمي قمرا على سبيل المثال كان من الممكن أن يسمى شمسا فنحن نسميه كذلك بحكم العادة لا غير
وان الإشارات الصوتية التي يتكون منها لفظ قمر (ق- م- ر) يمكن ان نجدها في ألفاظ أخرى مثل قلم ( ق- ل- م) و بالتالي لا تعبر هذه الإشارات عن هوية الأشياء فلا شيئ يجمع القمر بالقلم
و يعطي دوسوسيـــــر مثالا عن لفظ (أخت ) فلا نجد أي صلة بين سلسلة الأصوات ( أ. خ . ت ) و الصورة التي تحصل في الذهن إذ بإمكاننا استبدالها بإشارات صوتية أخرى دون ان تتغير الصورة كان نقول بالفرنسية (sœur ) و بالانجليزيــــة Sisterأن العلاقة بين الدال و المدلول اعتباطية لان المعنى الواحد يمكن أن نعبر عنه بألفاظ مختلفة مثل البحر هو اليم ، و السيف هو الحسام ، و القط هو الهر، و الأسد هو الغضنفر و الضرغام و الليث ، و ملك الغابة ..الخ
و فلو كانت الأشياء هي التي تفرض الاسم بحكم طبيعتها لكانت لغة البشر واحدة ، و لما تعدد ت .فاللسان العربي غير اللسان الفرنسي و غير اللسان الألماني
نقد و مناقشـــــــة / لو كانت علاقة الدال بالمدلول غير ضرورية فكيف نفسر الألفاظ التي تعبر عن طبيعة الأشياء مثل مواء القط ، نقيق الضفدع ، هديل الحمام و أيضا خرير المياه ، هدير البحر ، و غيرها ، و كيف نفسر استخدام الألسنة لنفس الألفاظ تكنولوجيا ، بيولوجيا ، سيكولوجيا أو ديمقراطية ، ديكتاتورية ، ليبرالية .....
الحل/ العلاقة تكون في البداية أي في نشأة الكلمة اعتباطية ثم تتحول مع الوقت و مع كثرة الاستعمال الى علاقة ضرورية
