well this oral test each each is done differently , for examples last year in Médéa they asked teachers of English to speak just speak "in arabic" and the ones who were responsible of the exam were not inspectors of English , what I advise you is to be cool , speak correct English , be in you shoes , take your time to answer and you should be aware about the job of teacher its duties and rights and try to have a look at the Algerian legislation in order to have an idea about teaching in Algeeria
