When i get bored most of the time i write i mean writing is my refuge .By writing i feel myself better as if it's the best cure for me..............thank you for your topic .Never give up!!!!Ramadhan kareem

Right. What a great idea that we often forget when feeling bad. Looking at the sky or to the sea ignites the wonder feeling. And thinking about beautiful and good things brings only a good state of mind. I add to this taking a bath. I don´t know if u have noticed, it´s said take a bath if you want to feel good all the day .

Right. You might also mean to meditate cauz it is systematic when writing. Meditation is a talking to oneself that brings a inner peace of mind and a feeling of companionship with the dearest and closest friend: oneself.
There is also reading, a way to emancipate your imigination, to travel in past or even in present when you can´t afford traveling for real, to meet whoever you want, to feed your curiosity and reflects on others lifes.

Actually, I expected an abvious response which we all experience:
When we get bored of work that means its leisure time. And when we get bored of leisure that means it´s time to get serious. In both case, boredom is due to routine, even in leisure, sometimes, you have to look for something new to spend your spare time on, :)

[LEFT]U 2. Absolutely, we often get bored because of idleness than because of activity. When being busy, you won´t even have enough time to feel bored.
