all what can i say is that smoking is very very dangerous for our health in general
yhe best solusion is stoping it quickly .
ther are some medecines which help to do this.

as i live in town i remark every day how the air we breath is polluted sometimes i think that s better to live in the country . but concerning smokers i think that it is the reverse case they are looking for more pollution and dust . not for theiselves only but for all the people around them !!!
