شكرا اخي احمد على الرد، رغم أنني لم افهم جيدا هذه التجربة، في الحقيقة انا لا يهمني الطبع بقدر ما يهمني أن تصبح هذه المطبوعة رسمية تحمل صفة المطبوعة الجامعية، مع العلم ان هناك فرق بين الكتاب و المطبوعة الجامعية

سأوضح لكم أكثر، أنا قمت بتحميل أحد الملفات من موقع وزارة التعليم العالي، يتضمن هذا الملف معايير الانتقاء للاستفادة من العطل العلمية بالخارج، من بين هذه المعايير نقطتين عن كل مطبوعة جامعية

في الحقيقة الطباعة على الحساب الخاص مكلفة جدا، فقد حاولت مرة ان أطبع أحد الاعمال مناصفة مع إحدى دار النشر ، فكانت الشروط 1000 نسخة كحد أدنى مع التكفل بتوزيع نصفها لوحدي، و تكلفة ذلك 4 ملايين سنتيم

أعلنت "الحملة الأوروبية لرفع الحصار عن غزة" اليوم الأربعاء، عن توفر تمويل أول ثلاث سفن في أسطول جديد سيتوجه إلى قطاع غزة خلال أسابيع قليلة تحت اسم "الحرية 2".

ويأتي الإعلان بعد أيام من اعتراض إسرائيل أسطول "الحرية 1" ومنعه من الوصول إلى شواطئ قطاع غزة بالقوة، ما أسفر عن مقتل أكثر من عشرة من متضامنيه وجرح آخرين.

وقال عرفات ماضي رئيس الحملة، وهي إحدى الجهات المشرفة على أسطول الحرية في بيان صحفي: "إن اتصالات واسعة تجري حاليا من أجل إطلاق أسطول جديد إلى قطاع غزة".

وأكد ماضي أن الأسطول الجديد ستشارك فيه سفن كثيرة وسيكون على متنه مساعدات ومتضامنون أكثر مما كان على أسطول الحرية، الذي كان يحمل عشرة آلاف طن من المساعدات ومئات المتضامنين من أكثر من أربعين دولة.

وقال إنه في أعقاب المجزرة البشعة التي ارتكبتها القوات الإسرائيلية بحق المتضامنين على متن "أسطول الحرية" في عمق المياه الإقليمية الدولية، ازدادت الدعوات العربية والإسلامية والأوروبية والغربية بصورة عامة لتشكيل أسطول أضخم من الذي تم اعتراضه.

ولم يستبعد ماضي أن تكون هناك مشاركة شبه رسمية في الأسطول الجديد إلى قطاع غزة، خصوصا من الجانب التركي الذي أكد رئيس وزرائه رجب طيب اردوغان، أنه سيواصل تقديم العون والمساعدة إلى قطاع غزة مهما كان لثمن.

يذكر أن أسطول الحرية الذي قامت القوات الإسرائيلية بالاستيلاء عليه، كان يتكون من ست سفن منها سفينة شحن بتمويل كويتي ترفع علم تركيا والكويت، وأخرى للشحن بتمويل جزائري وسفينة الشحن الأوروبية بتمويل من السويد واليونان، وسفينة شحن إيرلندية تابعة لحركة "غزة الحرة".

وأثار الهجوم الإسرائيلي العنيف على الأسطول في المياه الدولية في البحر المتوسط انتقادات دولية حادة ومطالبات بالتحقيق والمحاسبة.

طالب الرئيس الفلسطيني محمود عباس اليوم الأربعاء، بتشكيل لجنة تحقيق دولية في مقتل عدد من المتضامنين على متن قافلة للمساعدات كانت تبحر إلى غزة.

وقالت تركيا اليوم، إنها مستعدة لإعادة العلاقات مع إسرائيل إلى طبيعتها، إذا رفعت الدولة العبرية حصارا تفرضه على قطاع غزة مضيفة "حان الوقت لأن يحل الهدوء محل الغضب"، في أعقاب الهجوم الإسرائيلي على قافلة سفن مساعدات غزة المدعومة من تركيا.

وأضاف أحمد داود أوغلو وزير الخارجية في أنقرة، بعد زيارة للولايات المتحدة لمناقشة الأزمة الدبلوماسية في مؤتمر صحفي، أن مستقبل العلاقات التركية الإسرائيلية يعتمد على موقف إسرائيل.

وكانت تركيا استدعت سفيرها لدى إسرائيل في أعقاب اعتلاء قوات كوماندوس إسرائيلية يوم الإثنين سفن المساعدات لغزة.

وفي نفس السياق، بدأت إسرائيل بإعادة عائلات طاقمها الدبلوماسي في أنقرة، حسبما أعلنت الإذاعة الإسرائيلية العامة الأربعاء.

وأضافت الإذاعة نقلا عن مسؤول إسرائيلي رفيع المستوى رفض الكشف عن هويته أن هذا الإجراء يشمل نحو خمسين شخصا مرتبطين بالعاملين في قنصلية وسفارة إسرائيل في أنقرة.

وتابعت الإذاعة نقلا عن المصدر نفسه أنه ليس من الوارد حاليا قطع العلاقات الدبلوماسية بين البلدين.

وكانت تركيا ولفترة طويلة الحليف الاستراتيجي الرئيسي لإسرائيل في الشرق الأوسط، إلا أن العلاقات تدهورت بشكل كبير بين البلدين.

ووجه الهجوم الذي شنته قوة كوماندوس إسرائيلية فجر الاثنين على مجموعة سفن "إحداها تركية" تقل مساعدات إنسانية إلى قطاع غزة ضربة قوية إلى العلاقات بين البلدين، وأفاد دبلوماسي في أنقرة أن أربعة من القتلى هم من الأتراك، وشهدت تركيا تظاهرات كبيرة معادية لإسرائيل إثر الحادث.

واستدعت تركيا سفيرها في تل ابيب للتشاور، بينما طلبت إسرائيل من مواطنيها إلغاء رحلاتهم إلى تركيا.

وأشارت وسائل الإعلام الإسرائيلية إلى أن هذا التدهور في العلاقات أثار قلق الجالية اليهودية في تركيا والبالغ عددها 20 الفا.

وتعمل مئات الشركات الإسرائيلية في تركيا وبلغ حجم التبادلات الثنائية في العام 2009 2,5 مليار دولار.

عباس يطالب برفع الحصار

وقال عباس اليوم، في كلمة أمام مئات رجال الأعمال الفلسطينيين والعرب والأجانب المشاركين في مؤتمر "فلسطين الثاني للاستثمار في بيت لحم"، يجب أن يكون هناك موقف عربي ودولي موحد لرفع الحصار عن غزة، ولجنة تحقيق دولية يشكلها مجلس الأمن للأمم المتحدة لترفع نتائجها إلى مجلس الأمن لاتخاذ قرار ملزم وواضح يحمي حقوق شعبنا ويرفع الحصار عنه".

وأضاف عن البيان الصادر عن مجلس الامن أمس الثلاثاء بخصوص الأمر "لا نريدها أن تكون طفرة، أن تكون من أجل امتصاص الغضب، وإنما نريدها حقيقة واقعة.

وذكر "البيان" أنه لابد من رفع الحصار ولابد من التحقيق إذا ننتظر العدالة الدولية، صحيح انتظرنا طويلا هذه العدالة ولكننا لن نيأس، سنناضل ويستمر نضالنا وننتظر العدالة".

لعلك تقصد مطبوعات ديوان المطبوعات الجامعية
وفي الحقيقة يمكن لمطبوعتك أن تطبع على حساب الديوان وتكون لديها التنقيط والحجية التي تبحث عنها
ولكن باحترام الشروط وهي أن تمر هذه المطبوعة في المجلس العلمي للجامعة الذي يقوم بإرسالها بصفة رسمية للديوان من أجل طباعتها واعتمادها مرجعيا أكاديميا للطلبة

السلام عليك اخي علي عدرا ان كنت افسدت عليك شيئا ما دون قصد اردت فقط ان اوضح مدى معانتنا في جامعة تعد نضريا من اكبر الجامعات على المستوى الوطني لكن في الحقيقة من افقر الجامعات في التحصيل العلمي و الابحاث العلمية قد يكون الخبر صادما للبعض و اتحدى اي واحد من الاخوة ان يثبت العكس جامعتنا تغرغ فهل من مغيث

عمان- وكالات

تجري النقابات المهنية الأردنية مشاورات ومباحثات مع جهات عديدة، من أجل حشد الدعم لتسيير أسطول بحري عربي للتوجه إلى قطاع غزة في محاولة جديدة لكسر الحصار عنه.



وقال مقرر لجنة الحريات النقابية الأردنية ميسرة ملص: " بالتزامن مع الاعتداء الإسرائيلي على أسطول الحرية فجر الاثنين، قررنا التجهيز لأسطول الحرية 2".



وأضاف ملص " بدأنا حشد الدعم والتبرع عبر وسائل الإعلام الأردنية لجمع الأموال اللازمة لتجهيز أسطول عربي"، مشيرُا إلى أن الأردن شاركت بفعالية في القوافل السابقة وخاصة أسطول الحرية.



وأكد أن اجتماعات ومشاورات حثيثة تجري للإعداد لهذا الأسطول، موضحًا أنه إذا لم يتم التمكن من تحقيق ذلك بسبب الحاجة إلى سفن مسجلة في أوروبا، فإنه سيتم التعاون مع أحرار العالم في أوروبا والدول العربية لتسيير أسطول مشترك.



وشدد النقابي الأردني على أن الاعتداء على أسطول الحرية لن يثني المتضامنين مع غزة، وما سيحدث بعد هذه المجزرة سيختلف تمامًا عما قبله، لأنه علامة مفصلية في التاريخ، حسب تعبيره.



وقال: " هؤلاء الشهداء دلونا على الطريق، والأنظمة العربية هي من تشارك في الإغلاق وحصار غزة، وتمنع أبناءها من القيام بواجبهم تجاه غزة"، لافتًا إلى أن مجزرة الحرية كشفت الاحتلال الإسرائيلي بلا لبس أو غموض.



وبين أن القوى والنقابات والأحزاب المعارضة هي التي تقود الشارع الأردني، وتواجه بضغط شديد من الشارع، بحيث يرفض المواطنون القبول إلا باتخاذ الحكومة مواقف محددة لإرغام الاحتلال بكسر الحصار عن غزة.



وعم الغضب أرجاء العاصمة الأردنية عمان والمدن الأردنية منذ الإعلان عن اقتحام القوات الخاصة الإسرائيلية سفن أسطول الحرية فجر الاثنين واستشهاد 16 شخصًا وجرح عشرات آخرين.

الجزائر- وكالات

كشف رئيس حركة مجتمع السلم الجزائرية "حمس" الشيخ أبو جرة سلطاني عن بداية تجهيز حركته لقافلة برية إلى قطاع غزة، داعيا الشعب الجزائري إلى المشاركة بقوة فيها للرد بشكل عملي على عدوان وهمجية "إسرائيل".



وقال سلطاني خلال إشرافه على تجمع حاشد نظمته أحزاب التحالف، لمتابعة تداعيات العدوان الإسرائيلي على أسطول الحرية، :" إن القافلة تم التنسيق فيها مع الجانب المصري لتسهيل مرورها عبر معبر رفح الحدودي الذي تديره مصر"، لافتاً إلى أن المساعدات ستكون نقدية في الغالب.



على صعيد آخر؛ أكد مصدر إعلامي جزائري رسمي أن جميع أعضاء الوفد الجزائري المشارك في أسطول الحرية البالغ عددهم 32 شخصاً "في صحة جيدة".



وكان أكثر من 16 متضامنًا استشهدوا وأصيب 50 آخرين خلال هجوم القوات الخاصة الإسرائيلية الوحشي على أسطول الحرية لكسر الحصار صباح الاثنين في عمق المياه الإقليمية في الطريق إلى غزة.



وحمل الأسطول 750 مشاركًا من أكثر من 40 دولة رغم أنه تلقى عشرات الطلبات للمشاركة، في حين شارك فيه 44 شخصية رسمية وبرلمانية وسياسية أوروبية وعربية، من بينهم عشرة نواب جزائريين.

بمجرد أن اعتدى الكيان الصهيوني صباح الاثنين الماضي، على أسطول الحرية الذي كان في المياه الدولية في طريقه إلى قطاع غزة، ظهر رئيس الوزراء التركي رجب طيب أردوغان بمظهر "المخلص، والشجاع، والشهم، ورجل العالم الإسلامي القادم"، وغيرها من الأوصاف التي انهالت الصحافة رها من المصطلحات العربية على وصفه بها.
فكان رد الفعل الأول لأردوغان أنه قطع رحلته في أمريكا الجنوبية، وعاد إلى بلاده لبحث موقف الهجوم الصهيوني على قافلة أسطول الحرية، معلنا عن خطة للرد على الكيان الصهيوني ربما تصل إلى حد الرد العسكري، ومن هنا بدأت الصورة الذهنية عن أردوغان تكتمل، بعد موقفه القوى أيضا تجاه الرئيس الإسرائيلي شيمون بيريز أثناء دفاعه عن الحرب على غزة في منتدى دافوس الاقتصادي العام المنصرم.ولد في 26 فبراير من عام 1954 م في حي قاسم باشا أفقر أحياء اسطنبول لأسرة فقيرة من أصول قوقازية تلقى رجب تعليمه الابتدائي في مدرسة حيه الشعبي مع أبناء حارته. يحكى أن مدرس التربية الدينية سأل الطلاب عمن يستطيع أداء الصلاة في الفصل ليتسنى للطلاب أن يتعلموا منه ، رفع رجب يده ولما قام ناوله المدرس صحيفة ليصلي عليها ، فما كان من رجب إلا أن رفض أن يصلي عليها لما فيها من صور لنساء سافرات ! .. دهش المعلم وأطلق عليه لقب " الشيخ رجب " .أمضى حياته خارج المدرسة يبيع البطيخ أو كيك السمسم الذي يسميه الأتراك السمسم، حتى يسد رمقه ورمق عائلته الفقيرة.ثم انتقل بعد ذلك إلى مدرسة الإمام خطيب الدينية حتى تخرج من الثانوية بتفوق.ألتحق بعد ذلك بكلية الاقتصاد في جامعة مرمره "اسم سفينة الركاب التركية المقتحمة"بالرغم من اهتماماته المبكرة بالسياسة إلا أن كرة القدم كانت تجري في دمه أيضا ، يكفي بأن أقول أنه أمضى 10 سنوات لاعبا في عدة أندية ! فصل من الجيش من أجل شاربهبعد إلتحاقه بالجيش أمره أحد الضباط حلق شاربه ( الشارب يعتبر ضد القوانين الكمالية ) فلما رفض كان قرار فصله طبيعياً ! زواجه من المناضلةيقول الكاتب التركي جالموق في كتابه الذي ألفه عن أردوغان : بدأت قصة زوجه من رؤيا رأتها أمينة المناضلة الإسلامية في حزب السلامة الوطني ، رأت فارس أحلامها يقف خطيبا أمام الناس – وهي لم تره بعد – وبعد يوم واحد ذهبت بصحبة الكاتبة الإسلامية الأخرى شعلة يوكسلشلنر إلى اجتماع حزب السلامة وإذا بها ترى الرجل الذي رأته في منامها .. رأت أوردغان .. وتزوجوا بعد ذلك واستمرت الحياة بينهما حتى وصوله لسدة الحكم مشكلين ثنائيا إسلاميا جميل.. لهما اليوم عدد من الأولاد .. أحد الأولاد الذكور سُمي " نجم الدين " على اسم أستاذه نجم الدين أربكان من فرط إعجابه واحترامه لأستاذه ، وإحدى بناته تدرس في أمريكا لعدم السماح لها بالدراسة في الجامعة بحجابها !أردوغان في السياسةبدأ اهتمامه السياسي منذ العام 1969 وهو ذو 15 عاما ، إلا أن بدايته الفعلية كانت من خلال قيادته الجناح الشبابي المحلي لحزب " السلامة أو الخلاص الوطني " الذي أسسه نجم الدين أربكان ، ثم أغلق الحزب وكل الأحزاب في تركيا عام 1980 جراء انقلاب عسكري ، بعد عودت الحياة الحزبية انضم إلى حزب الرفاه عام 1984 كرئيس لفرع الحزب الجديد ببلدة بايوغلو مسقط رأسه وهي أحدى البلدات الفقيرة في الجزء الأوربي في اسطنبول ، وما لبث أن سطع نجمه في الحزب حتى أصبح رئيس فرع الحزب في اسطنبول عام 1985 وبعدها بعام فقط أصبح عضوا في اللجنة المركزية في الحزب . رئيس بلدية اسطنبوللا يمكن أن أصف ما قام به إلا بأنه انتشل بلدية اسطنبول من ديونها التي لغت ملياري دولار إلى أرباح واستثمارات وبنمو بلغ 7% ، بفضل عبقريته ويده النظيفة وبقربه من الناس لاسيما العمال ورفع أجورهم ورعايتهم صحيا واجتماعيا ، وقد شهد له خصومه قبل أعدائه بنزاهته وأمانته ورفضه الصارم لكل المغريات المادية من الشركات الغربية التي كانت تأتيه على شكل عمولات كحال سابقيه !بعد توليه مقاليد البلدية خطب في الجموع وكان مما قال: " لا يمكن أبدا أن تكونَ علمانياً ومسلماً في آنٍ واحد. إنهم دائما يحذرون ويقولون إن العلمانية في خطر.. وأنا أقول: نعم إنها في خطر. إذا أرادتْ هذه الأمة معاداة العلمانية فلن يستطيع أحدٌ منعها. إن أمة الإسلام تنتظر بزوغ الأمة التركية الإسلامية.. وذاك سيتحقق! إن التمردَ ضد العلمانية سيبدأ "، ولقد سؤل عن سر هذا النجاح الباهر والسريع فقال" لدينا سلاح أنتم لا تعرفونه إنه الإيمان، لدينا الأخلاق الإسلامية وأسوة رسول الإنسانية عليه الصلاة والسلام ".رجب طيب أردوغان في السجنللنجاح أعداء ، وللجرأة ضريبة ، وبدأ الخصوم يزرعون الشوك في طريقة ، حتى رفع ضده المدعي عام دعوى تقول بأنه أجج التفرقة الدينية في تركيا وقامت الدعوى بعد إلقاءه شعرا في خطاب جماهيري- وهو مميز في الإلقاء – من ديوان الشاعر التركي الإسلامي ضياء كوكالب الأبيات هي :مساجدنا ثكناتناقبابنا خوذاتنامآذننا حرابناوالمصلون جنودناهذا الجيش المقدس يحرس ديننافأصدرت المحكمة بسجنه 4 أشهر .. وفي الطريق إلى السجن حكاية أخرى.. وفي اليوم الحزين توافدت الحشود إلى بيته المتواضع من اجل توديعه وأداء صلاة الجمعة معه في مسجد الفاتح، وبعد الصلاة توجه إلى السجن برفقة 500 سيارة من الأنصار ! .. وفي تلك الأثناء وهو يهم بدخول السجن خطب خطبته الشهيرة التي حق لها أن تخلد.ألتفت إلى الجماهير قائلا : " وداعاً أيها الأحباب تهاني القلبية لأهالي اسطنبول وللشعب التركي و للعالم الإسلامي بعيد الأضحى المبارك ، سأقضي وقتي خلال هذه الشهور في دراسة المشاريع التي توصل بلدي إلى أعوام الألفية الثالثة والتي ستكون إن شاء الله أعواماً جميلة ، سأعمل بجد داخل السجن وأنتم اعملوا خارج السجن كل ما تستطيعونه ، ابذلوا جهودكم لتكونوا معماريين جيدين وأطباء جيدين وحقوقيين متميزين ، أنا ذاهب لتأدية واجبي واذهبوا أنتم أيضاً لتؤدوا واجبكم ، أستودعكم الله وأرجو أن تسامحوني وتدعوا لي بالصبر والثبات كما أرجو أن لا يصدر منكم أي احتجاج أمام مراكز الأحزاب الأخرى وأن تمروا عليها بوقار وهدوء وبدل أصوات الاحتجاج وصيحات الاستنكار المعبرة عن ألمكم أظهروا رغبتكم في صناديق الاقتراع القادمة ".أيضا في تلك الأثناء كانت كوسوفا تعاني ، وبطبيعة الحال لم يكن لينسى ذلك رجب الذي كان قلبه ينبض بروح الإسلام على الدوام، فقال " أتمنى لهم العودة إلى مساكنهم مطمئنين في جو من السلام، وأن يقضوا عيدهم في سلام، كما أتمنى للطيارين الأتراك الشباب الذين يشاركون في القصف ضد الظلم الصربي أن يعودوا سالمين إلى وطنهم ".حزب التنمية والعدالةبعد خروجه من السجن بأشهر قليلة قامت المحكمة الدستورية عام 1999بحل حزب الفضيلة الذي قام بديلا عن حزب الرفاه فانقسم الحزب إلى قسمين ، قسم المحافظين وقسم الشباب المجددين بقيادة رجب الطيب أردوجان وعبد الله جول وأسسوا حزب التنمية والعدالة عام 2001 .خاض الحزب الانتخابات التشريعية عام 2002 وفاز بـ 363 نائبا مشكلا بذلك أغلبية ساحقة ومحيلا أحزابا عريقة إلى المعاش !لم يستطع أردوغان من ترأس حكومته بسبب تبعات سجنه وقام بتلك المهمة صديقه عبد الله جول الذي قام بالمهمة خير قيام ، تمكن في مارس من تولي رئاسة الحكومة بعد إسقاط الحكم عنه . وابتدأت المسيرة المضيئة .. أردوغان يصلح ما أفسده العلمانيونبعد توليه رئاسة الحكومة .. مد يد السلام ، ونشر الحب في كل اتجاه ، تصالح مع الأرمن بعد عداء تاريخي ، وكذلك فعل مع أذربيجان ، وأرسى تعاونا مع العراق وسوريا .. ، ولم ينسى أبناء شعبه من الأكراد، فأعاد لمدنهم وقراهم أسمائها الكردية بعدما كان ذلك محظورا ! ، وسمح رسميا بالخطبة باللغة الكردية، و أفتتح تلفزيون رسمي ناطق بالكردية ! .. كل هذا وأكثر .. مواقفه من الكيان الصهيونيالعلاقة بين تركيا و الكيان الصهيوني مستمرة في التدهور منذ تولي أردوغان رئاسة الحكومة التركية ، فمثلا إلغاء مناورات " نسور الأناضول " التي كان مقررا إقامتها مع الكيان الصهيوني وإقامة المناورة مع سوريا ! ، التي علق عليها أردوغان : " بأن قرار الإلغاء احتراما لمشاعر شعبه ! " إ، أيضا ما حصل من ملاسنة في دافوس بينه وبين شمعون بيريز بسبب حرب غزة ، خرج بعدها من القاعة محتجا بعد أن ألقى كلمة حق في وجه "قاتل الأطفال"، دم أردوغان المسلم يغلي حتى في صقيع دافوس ! ، واُستقبل في المطار عند عودته ألاف الأتراك بالورود والتصفيق والدعوات !الرصد الاخباري

جبهة علماء الأزهر تشبه رئيس الوزراء التركي بـ (عمر بن الخطاب) وتثني على موقفه من حصار غزة

شبهت جبهة علماء الأزهر رئيس الوزراء التركي رجب طيب أروغان بالخليفة الراشد عمر بن الخطاب.
وقالت في بيان لها "اليوم قرَّت بمواقفكم عينُ محمد صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم في الآخرين كما قرت من قبل عينه صلى الله عليه وسلم بعمر بن الخطاب في الأولين؟".
وأضافت: "أقررت يا أردوغان والذين معك عيون أصولك وجدودك ، وكلَّلْت بثابت مواقفك رؤوس المجاهدين الذين جئتهم كما أتى موسى الكليم ربه على قدر؛ فألبستهم رداء العز و تاج الفخار، ألبسك الله والذين معك لباس الرفعة و العزة والشرف، وأقرَّ اللهُ عينك بما تحب لدينك وأمتك".
استنكرت الجبهة ما وصفته بتخاذل في حين ثمنت موقف الرئيس التركي حيث قالت: "هنيئا لكم كذلك عصمة الله لكم مما أنزله بالقاعدين وابتلى به الأغرار المهازيل الذين شُغلوا بالدون ورضوا بالقعود أول مرة ، فكان جزاؤهم من الله تعالى هو نفس جزاء أسلافهم من قبل الذين قال لهم بعد أن فرطوا في حق المواجهة وشرف المقاومة ( لقد رضيتم بالقعود أول مرة فاقعدوا مع القاعدين) اقعدوا و لا ترحلوا للمكارم فلستم لها بأهل ، والزموا مجالس الهوان واللهو والزور فهي لن تعدوا ان تكون كذلك ولو ألبستموها زورا وكذبا رداء الحصانة والتحصين".
واختتمت جبهة علماء الأزهر بياناها بقولها: "لقد أذعت البهجة يا أردوغان في حنايا وصدور أمتك بصادق لهجتك وثبات قدمك ، فذكروا فيك وبك أئمة أسلافك المجاهدين الفاتحين من لدن محمد الفاتح حتى حسن البنا المرشد الأمين، فجزاك الله عن الأمة خيرا من خير خلفٍ لخير سلف".

بالنسبة لجامعة سطيف أو غيرها.......
الرداءة متواجدة حيث تذهب......لكن عوض الظلام عليك أن تشعل شمعة.......
النقد والتمنشير مطلوب ولكن بهدف التغيير نحن الأحسن فكثيرا ما ننساق وراء الإشاعات التي يروج لها خصوم ذلك المسؤول .....ومن دون أن نتبين الحقيقة ...نصبح جسرا للإشاعة.....و نقوم بتكسير بعضنا البعض......
فمثلا رئيس جامعة معينة كنا نسمع عنه بأنه ديكتاتوري وغير متسامح...وووووو....ولما ذهبنا وجدناه عكس ما يشاع......
ضف إلى ذلك ربما البعض الذي يكيل الشتائم والسلبيات لطرف ما......فإنه بمجرد أن يتبوأ نفس المسؤولية سوف تكون سلبياته أكثر ويقوم فس آن واحد بتبريرها.
ليس المتفرج كلاعب. فالمتفرج ليس هو الذي في الميدان لديك من السهل عليه حساب أخطاء اللاعب.
كلامي هذا لا يبرر توجيه الملاحظات والتي لابد أحيانا أن تكون قاسية ولاذعة....ولكن من باب التغيير نحو الأفضل...

[b]السلام عليكم .......إن شاء الله ....يأت الخير ...وما ذلك على الله بعزيز........ولا يكف رفع اليد والدعاء بقدر ماتكون الجرأة في التغيير ولما لا التهور والمغامرة أحيانا......فكثير من الجبناء يسمون الأشياء بغير مسمياتها فالسرقة والغش أصبح قفازة....والرشوة أصبحت قهوة.....
وكلمة حق عند سلطان جائر أصبحت تهورا ومغامرة.

ما ألاحظه واسمحوا لي بالخروج عن الموضوع....أن سلوك النفاق أصبح ممارسة يومية.......فتجد الموظفين في الإدارات يتكلمون مع بعضهم البعض يقبلون بعضهم البعض كل صباح( وهذه ظاهرة أمقتها ويبق رأي شخصي ههههه) ثم تجد الواحد فيهم يقدم معلومات خاطئة عن زميله ويحش فيه ويمنشر فيه ولما يلتق به الترحاب وإبداء المحبة ....ماهذا....

أما القلة القليلة والتي تنحدر من أصول ) d origine et pas taiwan) فإذا كانت تكره سلوك فرد ما فتظهر له ذلك . فلا يمكن أن تبد لشخص ما المحبة و أنت تكره سلوكه......

جمعة مباركة ...وعليناوعليكم بالدعاء ليس فقط من قبيل يارب أعطيني ....يارب نجحني....يارب فك اسري........وما إلى ذلك من أدعية تزيد الكسل....نعم الدعاء مطلوب بطريقة أعقلها وتوكل......

إشكاليــة الملتقــى
خطت التعليمية "la didactique" في الدول المتقدمة باعتبارها تخصصا علميا جديدا خطوات عملاقة نحو تحقيق الأهداف العلمية والبيداغوجية في تكوين المعلم والمتعلم، وبخاصة في الجامعات، اعتمادا على علوم كثيرة منها اللسانيات التطبيقية، وعلم النفس وعلم التربية وعلم مناهج تدريس اللغات واللسانيات النفسية وغيرها.

وظهر تأثير ذلك – في الآونة الأخيرة - في كثير من الجامعات الجزائرية التي قدمت فعاليات ثقافية حول تعليمية اللغة العربية وعلومها ونصوصها، وبخاصة جامعة قالمة، التي عاشت فعاليات الملتقى الوطني الأول في "التعليمية بين المجهود والمردود" في خريف 2008.

وحرصا منا على مواصلة المشوار في هذا المجال، خاصة وقسم اللغة العربية بجامعة قالمة مقبل -في هذه السنة- 2009-2010 على تطبيق نظام LMD - على عقد ملتقى مغاربي بعنوان "تعليمية النحو والبلاغة والنصوص الأدبية"، إيمانا منا بأن هذا التخصص –التعليمية- بمفهومها الواسع يهتم بالطرق العلمية ويأخذ بالتقنيات الحديثة في عملية التدريس، كما نعمل على تحسين فعالية الأركان والرفع من كفاءتها منذ مراحلها الأولى وإلى غاية تحقيق النتائج المرجوة منها.

ومن جهة أخرى نعمل على القضاء على العراقيل المختلفة التي تعترض عملية التعليم أو التقليل منها، ومحاصرة كل مظاهر الضعف اللغوي والنحوي والبلاغي التي ما تزال تعيق سبيل كثير من الطلبة في اكتساب اللغة والمعرفة وتذوق مواطن الجمال في النصوص الأدبية خاصة القديم منها. كل ذلك من أجل رفع مستوى العملية التعليمية أو التبليغية في أقسام اللغة العربية وآدابها بالجامعة الجزائرية، وكذا المغاربية، بغية الوصول إلى المراتب العليا وتحقيق مردود علمي جيد، ولن يتسنى لنا ذلك إلا من خلال تقديم دروس نموذجية على المستويين النظري والتطبيقي.

ونحن إذ نعلق آمالنا على الأساتذة الباحثين المغاربيين، نرجو أن ينصب اهتمامهم بالدرجة الأولى على الجوانب التطبيقية تعجيلا بالفائدة، وترقية للجانب العملي في حياة الطالب العلمية، وأن يكون اعتمادهم -في مقاربات النص الأدبي- على المناهج الملائمة لطبيعة تراثنا العربي خدمة للعربية وعلومها.

Cliquez sur le lien de confirmation que vous avez reçu dans votre messagerie.
Retournez sur http://docs.google.com/ et s'il le faut, connectez-vous sur votre compte.

2)Pour créer un document :

2-1. Création ex-nihilo :

* créer un fichier texte : cliquer sur « New document »
* créer une feuille de calcul (pour des notes par exemple) : cliquer sur « New spreadsheet »

Vos fichiers ne dépasseront pas 500 ko. Les formats acceptés :

Votre fichier s'ouvre dans la fenêtre de Google Docs, vous pouvez le modifier.



2-3. Vous pouvez créer un nouveau document par mail :

* Cliquez sur « upload », copiez l'adresse mail, notez-la quelque part : c'est à cette adresse que vous pourrez envoyer vos textes.
* Depuis votre messagerie, rédigez votre mail et envoyez-le à cette adresse. Il est transformé directement en document texte (ça ne marche pas encore avec les feuilles de calcul)

3) Partager un document

* Quand votre document est ouvert, vous pouvez cliquer sur l'onglet « Collaborate » à droite de votre écran. Une fenêtre vous propose d'inviter des collaborateurs simplement en indiquant leur adresse mail. Google leur envoie un mail les prévenant de cette invitation, que vous pouvez personnaliser en suivant les instructions.

* Une fois que vos collaborateurs auront cliqué sur le lien proposé, ils devront s'inscrire sur Google docs (si ce n'est pas déjà fait) et auront accès à votre document dans leur espace personnel.

L'onglet « discuss » (dans lesfeuilles de calcul) permet d'ouvrir une fenêtre de chat. Ainsi si vous travaillez en même temps vous pouvez discuter par écrit.

4) Publier un document

L'onglet « publish » vous permet de publier un document sur le serveur Google. Une adresse lui est attribuée, tout le monde peut ainsi y avoir accès s'il a l'adresse (par exemple, vous donnez l'adresse sur votre blog ou sur votre site internet, ou dans un mail.)

Il vous propose également de le publier sur un blog, mais tous les fournisseurs de blogs ne sont pas proposés...

5)Voir les modifications sur un document

Cliquer sur "révision" : les dernières modifications sont en couleur et les suppressions sont barrées.

قبل ان اطرح سؤالي أود ان اوضح انني ناقشت مدكرتي في جانفي 2010 اختصاص حقوق جامعة قسنطينة وطبعا هدا العام هو أول عام لي في إجتياز مسابقات الأساتدة المساعدين ، و لهدا التوضيح علاقة بسؤالي الدي يتعلق بمحضر المناقشة، بعص الجامعات تشترطه ضمن ملف المسابقة ومشكلتي هي أنني طلبت من كليتي استخراج المحضر من اجل تصوير نسخ والقيام بتأشيرها لدى البلدية فاجابوني بالرفص القاطع لا اعرف لمادا؟؟؟ واكتفوا بمنحي نسخة طبق الاصل ليس فيها أي دليل على انها ورقة رسمية، وأكد رئيس المجلس العلمي أن الكلية تتعامل دائما هكدا، لكنني فعلا أشك أن هده النسخة ليس لها أي معنى، لدلك أرجو من أصحاب الخبرة أي الدين سبق وأن اجتازوا مسابقات التوظيف الجامعي إفادتي هل نسخة المحضر يجب ان يكون مؤشر عليها من طرف البلدية أو حتى الجامعة أم أن النسخة المصورة تكفي؟؟؟ أرجو الإفادة.

نحن في جامعة البليدة، قدموا لنا نسخة اصلية من محضر المناقشة و طلبوا منا عدم تضييعها نظرا لاهميتها في مسابقات التوظيف، و ايضا لتفادي اللجوء إلى الكلية أو إدارة الجامعة من اجل هذه الوثيقة.
يعتبر محضر المناقشة وثيقة مهمة في ملف مسابقات التوظيف لانه يحتوي على : معدل السنة النظرية و علامة المناقشة و المعدل العام للماجستير و ملاحظة النجاح يعني التقدير.
و بناء على ما سبق :
1. محضر المناقشة و كشف النقاط للسنة النظرية و ثيقتان إجباريتان في ملف مسابقات التوظيف حتى و إن لم يطلب منك ذلك.
2. نسخة من محضر المناقشة غير مصادق عليها يعني أن ملفك قد يرفض في اي جامعة، و ليس لديك الحق في الطعن.
3. يجب طلب النسخة الأصلية لمحضر المناقشة و إجراء صور طبق الاصل و المصادقة عليها.
4. لا تمنحوا الفرصة لرفض ملفاتكم.
5. بالتوفيق.

بحضور نخبة من الوجوه السياسية والثقافية وفي جلسة نشطها الدكتورمحمد الزغيدي والأستاذ محمد قماري وزعت أول أمس بفندق الأوراسي جائزة المجلس الأعلى للغة العربية لدورة 2008-2010 التي تشمل أربع مجالات هي علوم العربية والتاريخ الوطني و الترجمة والعلوم الإقتصادية و التي فاز بها ثمانية مترشحين ، وقد عرفت الطبعة الجديدة من الجائوة مشاركة 31 عملا توزعت على المجالات الأربعة منها 17 عملا في مجال علوم العربية و 6 أعمال في مجال الترجمة و 4 أعمال في مجال العلوم الإقتصادية و كذا أربعة أعمال في التاريخ الوطني.

و قد فازت بالجائزة الأولى في "علوم اللغة العربية" نادية مرابط في حين عادت الجائزة الثانية في ذات المجال إلى السيد بدر الدين بن تريدي عن بحثه المتعلق ب"قاموس التربية الحديث". كما أن الجائزة التشجيعية في مجال علوم اللغة العربية عادت إلى عبد الرزاق بلغيث عن بحثه حول "معالم في لغة الإعلام". و تحصل محمد العربي عقون عن الجائزة الأولى في مجال الترجمة إلى العربية عن عمله المتعلق ب"أصول بلاد البربر .. ماسينيسا أو بدايات التاريخ" وتحصل على الجائزة الثانية في نفس المجال أبو بكر خالد سعد الله عن بحثه المتعلق ب"اللانهاية في الرياضيات والفيزياء". أما في مجال العلوم الإقتصادية فقد عادت الجائزة الأولى مناصفة لكل من إسماعيل مومني و ميلود زنكري حول بحثهما "الأبعاد الحضارية و الفنية للنظرية الإقتصادية في فكر مالك بن نبي".

و فاز بالجائزة الأولى في مجال التاريخ الوطني حسن مرموري حول عمله المتعلق ب"التوارق بين السلطة التقليدية والإدارة الفرنسية في بداية القرن العشرين" في حين عادت الجائزة الثانية إلى الإعلامي مصطفى بن دهينة حول "قطوف من تاريخ تندوف".

وخلال كلمته القيمة أوضح رئيس المجلس الأعلى للغة العربية الدكتور محمد العربي ولد خليفة أن أهم ما ميز الطبعة الخامسة للجائزة هو المشاركة الواسعة للشباب وخاصة في مجالي علوم العربية و التاريخ الوطني و ذلك بنسبة 60 بالمائة من المترشحين وأضاف أن أهم ما ميز دورة 2008 - 2010 هو المشاركة الهامة للشباب من الجنوب الغربي و الجنوب الشرقي و أفاد أن الهدف من هاته الجائزة هو تشجيع الباحثين الشباب بالدرجة الأولى و حثهم على البحث في موضوعات تتعلق بترقية اللغة العربية من خلال انجاز بحوث في مختلف العلوم أو بالترجمة إليها.

وأكد الدكتور محمد العربي ولد خليفة رئيس المجلس الأعلى للغة العربية على أهمية إعادة بناء البحث التاريخي عن ماضي الجزائر القريب والبعيد ل"تصحيح المفاهيم والمغالطات".

و أوضح أن إعادة بناء البحث التاريخي عن ماضي الجزائر يجب أن يصاحبه "تصحيح المفاهيم الملغمة و المغالطات التي أشاعتها المدرسة الكولونيالية الفرنسية و سربتها مثل العملة المغشوشة التي هدفها الفساد و الإفساد".

و قال أنه من المستعجل "إحياء مشروع التاريخ العام للجزائر لتعريف الأجيال بحقائق ماضيها" مبرزا أن "التاريخ هو علم الوطنية بامتياز و الشريان الحيوي الذي تتغذى منه روح الأمة".

و في ذات السياق أكد ولد خليفة إلى أن المجلس الأعلى للغة العربية يعمل على تعميم استعمال اللغة العربية في مرافق الدولة و المجتمع و يعمل أيضا على تقديم وسائل تعميم استعمالها و بخصوص العلاقة التي تربط اللغة العربية بالأمازيغية أكد رئيس المجلس الأعلى للغة العربية أن "العربية هي شقيقة الأمازيغية" و أن "لكل منهما امتداد في الآخر" مضيفا أن اللغة العربية لا تقصي اللغات الأخرى التي تنشط في مجال العلوم.

و على هذا الأساس "يسعى المجلس إلى إثراء اللغة العربية في مجال العلوم و التكنولوجيا و السعي لتوطين المعرفة على خريطة التراكم العلمي و تسارع الإختراعات و الإكتشافات في العالم" وبدوره أشار المؤرخ والمجاهد جمال قنان أستاذ التاريخ الحديث بجامعة الجزائر في محاضرته بعنوان "في الوعي التاريخي : حالة الجزائر" أن واقع هذا الوعي في الجزائر قبل 1830 يشابه ما كان عليه في البلدان العربية الإسلامية الأخرى موضحا أن شباب الأمة هو حلقة الوصل التي تربط حلقتي الماضي بالمستقبل مشيرا إلى أنه "كلما كان وعيه بالتاريخ جيدا كلما حصن نفسه ضد سلبيات العولمة".

وأضاف أن الوعي التاريخي "هو صمام أمان حصانة الوطن والأمة في حاضرها ومستقبلها و النسيج الذي يضمن وحدتها أمام الأخطار في الحاضر والمستقبل".

و دعا الدكتور جمال قنان إلى ضرورة الإفلات من تأثيرات المدرسة الكولونيالية في مجال كتابة التاريخ موضحا " لن تتحقق الإنطلاقة في هذا الميدان ما لم تتم القطيعة مع هذه المدرسة و شل كل تأثير لها في توجيه الدراسات التاريخية".

نحن في جامعة البليدة، قدموا لنا نسخة اصلية من محضر المناقشة و طلبوا منا عدم تضييعها نظرا لاهميتها في مسابقات التوظيف، و ايضا لتفادي اللجوء إلى الكلية أو إدارة الجامعة من اجل هذه الوثيقة.
يعتبر محضر المناقشة وثيقة مهمة في ملف مسابقات التوظيف لانه يحتوي على : معدل السنة النظرية و علامة المناقشة و المعدل العام للماجستير و ملاحظة النجاح يعني التقدير.
و بناء على ما سبق :
1. محضر المناقشة و كشف النقاط للسنة النظرية و ثيقتان إجباريتان في ملف مسابقات التوظيف حتى و إن لم يطلب منك ذلك.
2. نسخة من محضر المناقشة غير مصادق عليها يعني أن ملفك قد يرفض في اي جامعة، و ليس لديك الحق في الطعن.
3. يجب طلب النسخة الأصلية لمحضر المناقشة و إجراء صور طبق الاصل و المصادقة عليها.
4. لا تمنحوا الفرصة لرفض ملفاتكم.
5. بالتوفيق.

عدد المناصب التي ستفتحها هذه الجامعة 140 منصب

بالنسبة لاختصاص الحقوق قد لا تفتح المسابقة إلا في الدورة الثانية

هذا ما علمته شخصيا اليوم من كلية الحقوق

جامعة عنابة لن تفتح المسابقة في تخصص الحقوق لإكتفائها الذاتي و لأن هناك أربع أساتذة قد قبلت تحويلاتهم من جامعات أخرى

هذا هدوء يخيم على الجامعات

و إن غدا لناظره قريب

أعتقد أن هذه السنة ستحمل عدة مفاجئات، فبعض الجامعات قد عزفت عن فتح بعض التخصصات فيما يخص التوظيف،

في حين قد تأتي الإعلانات عامة أي لا يوجد تخصصات بعينها بل بالشعب......
