sports you say how do you kidding how sports can change your life
ok i m here to tell you
1 my mood : I was always boring I feel gloomy all the tame , hateing my life but sports give me an big motivation i can tell you how much I was good when and after I do exersice that mak me prodective all the rest of the day
make me do a many things with perfect mood
confidence : i was shy before ,i was week they was bully me
but now i hava a strong personality with a big confidence in myselfe
and no one can bully me hhhhh accatully
I made them pay the price hhhhhhhhhhhhh

of course sport make the body looks great
the sports carve my body and it look like athlete
of cource when you do sports you have to eat healthy food :food

so i have new brogram with protin and carb and vigitable and a lot of water
i eat 6 time in the day a healthy food
that s perfect
and i m strong now
I achive 2 GOALS this month
15 PUSH UPS IN ONE TIME
5 PULL UPS
The most hard exersice
and that s my story with sports
and about what i do
i do Resistance exercises
