انا اشتريت هاتف من موقع Aliexpress ب150€ لكن ارسلو لي هذه الرسالة

و مفادها ان الهاتف لم ينجح في اجتياز فحص الجودة وقد اتصلو بالبائع لاستبداله و سوف يعاد شحنه في 1 مارس او يمكنك الغاء الطلب و استرجاع الاموال
انا رديت على الرسالة بالاستفسار حول مدة استرجاع الاموال..
اخوتي اذا كان احد سبق له ان صادفته هذه المشكلة ما هي مدة استرجاع الاموال او الافضل ان نتظر الى تاريخ الشحن الجديد

و مفادها ان الهاتف لم ينجح في اجتياز فحص الجودة وقد اتصلو بالبائع لاستبداله و سوف يعاد شحنه في 1 مارس او يمكنك الغاء الطلب و استرجاع الاموال
انا رديت على الرسالة بالاستفسار حول مدة استرجاع الاموال لكن لا يوجد اي رد من الامس ..
