This book (pdf+audio) is very popular and used by most teaching organizations It is available in internet just write its name in google and you will find it
I hope you enjoy and benefit from this book.

I said before "we will do 1 chapter each week", turns out we do 1 chapter each year, and this book has 25 chapters so we will finish it in 2043 (just joking).
I will try to be serious and strict to myself this time, and I hope I can do 1 chapter each weekend.
