الكثير منا يتعلم اللغة الفرنسية و غير مبالي بالانجلزية ، و يقولن انها غير مهمة لكن على عكس

I regret to tell that we can't get fluent in English by just reading a book.

yes that's true sir but we can improve our english by getting a new words from reading a book We should not despise the book Because it was the only reference to those who learned English at a time when the Internet did not exist

What I mean is that you can't get fluency if you don't communicate and practice speaking skills with english speakers .Reading
books , newspapers and stories helps but not that much ..We have seen those who graduated from universities .They aren't able to communicate freely without difficulties .Sure reading and practicing speaking are key points to get a good command of English
