our turn is situated in an earthquake zone. we cant do anything to stop earthquake.but we should see to it
that safety measures are taken in order to limit both the loss of human life and material damage.

before an earthquake wed better not place objects over bed because thay may tall over family nemburs and injure then.

during the earthquake wed better not panic and away in all directions for we can be injured or killed wed better stand in a door way or crouch under a desk or a table . stay well away from windowes or glass dividers for owr safety

after an earthquake wed better provide first aide because family nembers and meighboure may be injured .

before an earthquake .we d better know how to turn off gas and electristy becouse if gas leaks it can start a fire
during an earthquake you d better not panic for you can be injured or even kileed
after an earthquake we d better chek for injueries becouse lives can be saved by doing so

Short Paragraph on Earthquakes
Any sudden movement of the earth due to a natural cause which produces a shaking is known as an earthquake. The chief cause of earthquakes is the sudden slipping of the portion of the earth’s crust past each other along fractures of faults. Another cause is volcano activity.

Minor causes of earthquake are sudden landslides, sub-marine slides and collapse of cavern roofs. The sudden shock sets up vibration in the earth and the vibrations take the form of waves within the earth. The focus of the earthquake is the place where these vibrations originate and the point on the earth’s surface which is vertically above the focus is called the epicenter. If the focus is nearer the earth’s surface the effects of the earthquake is greater. The vibrations or the tremors of the earthquake are measured by the Richter scale.

Earthquakes cause change in the earth’s surface. Sometimes in mountainous regions landslides are caused. Buildings collapse and several people are rendered homeless. Fire is another great danger. Railway lines are often bucked of twisted. Under-ground water system is naturally disturbed by earthquake.

It is a natural calamity and its effects are disastrous

There is nothing like a natural
disaster to remind humans how
little control we have over the most powerful forces on the planet.
The planet beneath our feat is supposed to be the most stead fast and safe stuff on the Earth.
Shakes in earthquakes or slips
in land slides it can turn your world upside down in an instant.
Earthquakes can also cause other disasters including:
Tsunamis,and volcanic activities
It happened unpredictably along
fault lines killing thousand of people
There is no Earthquake season .it occur ed at any time of the day.the night or the year.
Many people are thank full
to still be alive.even they forced to live with a bad memories




♥volcano♥

When we think of Volcanoes, we often think of cone shaped moutains spewing out fire and ash. But volcanoes come in different sizes and
shapes. Some are tall moutains
Others are cracks in the earth. Still others are gentle slopes with a crater on top. Volcanoes are a vent, or opening in the earth's crust. Hot melted rock erupts from the the vent. Cinder cones are the most
common type of volcano. In an eruption, the lava is shot so high into the air that it cools into cinders
people can suffocate from poison gases.
They can beinjured or killed as rock and ash pound down on their heads as they try to flee
At times, the eruption creates a deadly mixture of fast-moving hot gases and pieces of red-hot rock.In addition, volcanoes can change the climate, After a big eruption, volcanic dust drifts high into the sky and spreads out over the planet.The dust filters out the sun. The whole world feels the effect. Day become darker and colder.








♥Flood in a town♥



Notes: Sudden rain – Continued for days – Floods – Many homes washed away – Many people made homeless – Some drowned – School closed – Hospital full – Much suffering – Rain stopped – Sunshine again – People happy.

After a long period of dry weather in my town, it suddenly began to rain one day. The people were happy.

The rain continued for days. The people then became worried. Soon there were floods everywhere, which caused much damage and suffering.

Many houses were washed away by the flood water, and hundreds of people were made homeless. Some were also drowned. Schools were closed to provide ****ter to those who were affected by the floods. The hospital was filled with sick people.

Fortunately, the rain stopped to prevent further damage and suffering to the people. There was sunshine again and the people were happy.

♥ A building on fire ♥



Notes: Sleeping – Sudden shouts of fire – Woke up – Ran out of house – Saw building on fire – Fire – engines arrived – Heard screams inside building – At last fire put out – Some people burnt to death – Very sad.

One night my sleep was suddenly disturbed by shouts of fire. I ran out of my house to find out what had happened.

I then saw a four-storeyed building on fire. Many people were screaming inside the building, and many were rushing out of it. Two women were so desperate that they tried to jump down through the windows; but they were pulled back by others inside the building.

Soon three fire-engines arrived, and the fire men began to work immediately. They threw a lot of water on to the building with the hoses of the fire-engines.

At last, after several hours, the fire was put out. By now some people were already burnt to death. Others were in a state of shock.

Soon two ambulances arrived and took the dead and the injured to the hospital. The police too arrived shortly to do what was necessary.

I felt very sad after this incident.
