شاركت سابقا (2015) في ملتقى دولي
ومنذ يومين جاءتني رسالة في البريد الالكتروني من مجلة دولية تقول لقد اطلعنا على بحثك المعنون ... والذي ارسلته الى الملتقى .......... اذا لم ترسل البحث الى مجلة اخرى فمجلتنا مهتمة بنشره ارسل الينا البحث وسنقوم بنشره
علما اني لم ارسل شيئا الى هذه المجلة
وهذا هو نص الرسالة

And we feel very interested in your research and hope to receive the mentioned paper. يمكن أن تنشر و لكن يجب أن يكون المقال مفصلا أكثر و يحوي نتائج أكثر من مقال الملتقى و ليس نفسه. احذر من أن تكون هذه المجلة مفترسة.

شكرا على الرد السريع
كنت أظن أن النشر في مجلة أو ملتقى لها نفس النتائج يعني ملكية البحث تنتقل اليهم
اذا بامكاني نشره لكن يجب علي توسيعه
قرأت شروط النشر وظهر أن المجلة مفترسة جدا 60usd للصفحة الواحدة

Your contribution to our journal would be greatly appreciated!
1. The manuscript should be original, and has not been published previously. Do not submit material that is currently being considered by another journal.
2. The manuscript should be written in English, and it may be 3000-8000 words or longer if approved by the editor, including an abstract, texts, tables, footnotes, appendixes, and references. The title should be on page 1 and not exceed 15 words, and should be followed by an abstract of 100-200 words. 3-5 key words or key phrases are required.
3. The manuscript should be in MS Word format, submitted as an email attachment to our email address.
4. Authors of the articles being accepted are required to sign the Transfer of Copyright Agreement form.
5. Author will receive one hard copy of the issue of the journal containing their article.
6. The authors have to pay USD60 per page for the publication.
Peer Review Policy
JMEA is a refereed journal. All research articles in the journal undergo rigorous peer review, based on initial editor screening and anonymous refereeing by at least two anonymous referees.
Editorial Procedures
All papers considered appropriate for the journal are reviewed anonymously by at least two outside reviewers. The review process usually takes three to four weeks. Papers are accepted for publication subject to no substantive, stylistic editing. The Editor reserves the right to make any necessary changes in the papers, or request the author to do so, or reject the paper submitted. A copy of the edited paper along with the first proofs will be sent to the author for proofreading. They should be corrected and returned to the Editor within seven days. Once the final version of the paper has been accepted, authors are requested not to make further changes to the text.

يـــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــ ـــــــا سبحان الله، لماذا لم تتسائل هل هي مفهرس في تومسن رويتارس او سكوبوس كما فعل الكثيرون مع مجلتنا؟ الجواب انها ليست مجلة مقرها الجزائر بل في امريكا. هذا لا يعني انها ممتازة. أخي :
1- المجلات تختار المشاركات التي هي قريبة من محاورها و تراسلهم لنشر عندهم، كما نفعل نحن ايظا ذلك.
2- هذه المجلة لا فرق بينها و بين مجلتنا سوى في العمر، فهم في العدد 3 و نحن في العدد2. اما مستوى الفهرسة فهو متقارب.
3- اذا نويت ان تشارك فغير العنوان بالكامل، و غير محتوى النص و لكن بيقى المعنى هو هو. اما البيانات فحاول تجديدها او على الاقل تغير السلم و بهذا تحصل على بيانات غير مشابه لمشاركتك
4- اذا كانت هذه المشاركة لمناقشة الدكتوراء، فانصحك نصيحة المسلم للمسلم، لا تبعث لهم و لا تبعث لنا، فكلا المجلتين في مستوى c اي لا تقبل لمناقشة الدكتوراه. اما لتحسين السيرة الذاتية فابعث لهم.

هل في هذا غش علمي او لا
هل في هذا انتهاك لحقوق الملتقى

نعم ان أرسلته نفسه يعتبر انتهاكا لحقوق الملتقى و غش علمي و اثبات لعدم جديتك كباحث. قم بالتعديلات أو دعك من النشر الى حين يكون لديك الوقت.
لا تعط اهتماما بالغا الى الرسائل التي ترد اليك من هذا النوع .

قم اذا بتعدلات طفيفة كتغيير العنوان، و اعادت صياغة الملخص على الاقل، غير في الخاتمة، اضف مرجع او مرجعين. حتى لا يكون نفس العمل 100 ب 100 و تتفادي النقد و و و.
