السلام عليكم

من فضلكم اريد ترجمة لهذه الفقرة غلى اللغة الإنجليزية

حيث أنه يتضح من جهة أخرى أن المستأنف لم يقدم دليل من شأنه أن يثبت أنه عارض و طعن في الإنذارات بالتسديد الموجهة إليه قصد المطالبة بإعادة النظر في المبالغ المفروضة عليه رغم ضخامتها إذ تقدر ب: 3.968.794.75 دج .

و حيث أن المستأنف إنتظر اتخاذ غلق محله التجاري أي الشروع في تحصيل الضريبة بالطرق الزجرية لرفع الدعوى الحالية مباشرة أمام القضاء دون توجيه شكوى في شأنها أمام إدارة الضرائب .

و حيث أن كل نزاع ضريبي يشترط فيه رفع تظلم إداري مسبق طبقا للمادة 337 من القانون الضرائب المباشرة.
