i would think about the people who are less than me or those who dream of the health and happiness i have ... i remember those having deseases , those feeling deep pain , those starving each night ... then i feel at ease ... i learnt that from my parents they always remind me with these people and beleive me then i feel very satisfied and happy :) thank you for the topic
