What is the best english center/school to learn english in Algiers (Alger)
I don't want to learn english by myself, I have some base knowledge & I want to learn & having an approved certificate

I don't know about schools, however I know that if you spend some time watching CNN and BBC trying to understand every single word will definitely help.
