"Good relationships keep us happier and healthier. period"
lesson 1: social connections are really good for us and loneliness kills us.
People who are socially connected to family, friends and society lives happier, healthier
and longer life than people who are less connected.
lesson2: it's not the number of friends but the quality of relationships that matters.
lesson3: close attachments do not only protect our body but also our brain.
So replace your screen time with people time as much as you can.
