Well I've not taken it yet but I wish i could inshallah
i have read about it and it's a test that measure or test/ evaluate your level in English so as to realize if your level allows you to study in an foreign university or college. you will have to pass tests in readin/speaking/writing and listening and after that the center will study your scores and give you a certificate then if you for example wish to study in Great Britain or Canadian university you just present your certuificate and they will accept you directly but if your level is less than intermediate you will not have the chance to study ... that's all
for the con-tent of the tests I don't know but it's going to be dealing with popular topics and grammar ... etc
